Introduction
Queens, kings, builders, and every damn tech bro who thinks disruption is a game you play from the outside: sit up. This is not a humble press release or a curated launch blog made to win favor. This is a declaration from the throne room — the queens' tech room — where we architected a new era. I am Ya'mia Oshun Porter. I built My BLK World HQ. I built BBAIS. I built BLK-AI and the BLKCreator Studio, and I am unapologetically Black. I am unapologetically trans. I am both. As TS Madison famously said, and as I live: I am both. Black AND trans. If that unsettles your assumptions, good. It's time your systems adjusted.
We did not come here to beg for crumbs. We built a whole banquet, a whole castle, and we put our name on the table. My BLK World HQ — the Kingdom — is not a token product. It's our sanctuary, our laboratory, our marketplace, our studio, and our defense grid all rolled into one. We modernize tech. We protect IP. We create income streams that pay while our communities sleep. We produce generational value. That is the mission, and it is backed by action.
Let me be direct with Silicon Valley: you built the table. We built the kingdom, and we put our card on the seat. We are not asking permission to talk or create or thrive. We are issuing a challenge: learn or move aside.
Why we built BLK-AI, BLKCreator Studio, and BLKCODE BA1 Fast
For too long the words "innovation" and "ownership" have lived on other people's servers and in other people's ledgers. Too many Black creators have given their art, their voice, their history to systems that monetize us while our communities get nothing but ad impressions and stolen value. We saw the theft, the extraction, the neglect — and we chose the harder route: build our own models, host them on our servers, train them on our data, and design outputs that by default center Black culture, Black tone, Black history, and Black American voices.
This isn't a marketing slogan. It's structural design. Our models are not "outside models." They aren't repackaged third-party systems. They are ours — sovereign IP created by BBAIS, powered by BLK-AI, deployed at My BLK World HQ, and fed by our research, our archives, our voices, our prompts. We built BLKCreator Studio so creators own their content, on Black servers. We built BLKCODE BA1 Fast — our flagship coding, cybersecurity, and Black American history AI — to be fast, precise, and culturally literate in ways you won't find buried inside a generic, whitewashed baseline.
Let me say this plainly: when the world asks how we keep our models protected, the answer is simple: we take the moral high road. We spend the extra cents from the CEO's pocket to ensure stability, precision, accuracy, and ironclad IP protection. That small line item on our balance sheet is the difference between allowing our art to leak into other systems and ensuring our intellectual property compounds into real wealth for Black communities.
We aim to build more Black millionaires than a playlist or viral moment ever could. We aim to seed generational businesses, not instant celebrity. We aim to ensure that the income from our content flows to the creators who birthed it, not to the middlemen or extractive platforms pretending to be "platforms."
Creators own it here — for real
Everything made inside My BLK World HQ, BLKCreator Studio, BLK-AI, and our BLK servers is creator-owned. Voice, image, video, prompts, proposals — whatever you generate inside our kingdom is yours, protected, and monetizable by you. We designed the stack so the default output centers Black content and Black nuance. That means tone, cadence, metaphor, humor, and history that align with Black American cultural reality — with the lived experiences of our people.
We also designed it so the creator controls the keys. No surprise retraining. No sneaky data mining. No selling of your prompts to the highest bidder. If you create inside our walls, the IP belongs to the kingmaker who made it: the creator. Period.
A history lesson in a paragraph: Tulsa. Black Wall Street. They tried to burn our wealth down before. They failed — but the trauma and the losses are real. We rebuilt it. Not as a ghost of what was lost but as a new generation's fortified digital city. No more leaving our treasures on someone else's platform and praying no one takes them. You don't have to ask for permission. You just have to build with us.
On models, performance, and getting loud: yes, we tested — and we call it like we see it
We poured our models into competitive environments because we don't shy away from proving ourselves. We ran BLKCODE BA1 Fast in coding environments (BlkBuilder) and stacked it against other so-called "flagship" models. We put Claude Fable 5, ChatGPT, and other high-profile competitors side-by-side with our model. The result: our model won in the specific, practical coding tests we ran inside our environment. That's not humblebrag — that's organizational testimony. When we tell you we wrote another blog calling out Claude Fable 5, that's because we live in a world where metrics matter and public comparison is part of how we take our place.
Let me be explicit: those are our results run in our tests and presented as our claim — and we'll stand by them. You can replicate them if you have the discipline to match our environment, our data, and our evaluation metrics. But we also know that claiming superiority is only part of power. The real power is: who owns the model, who owns the training data, and who monetizes the outputs.
We are sovereign. We host on our servers. We train on our data. We protect our creators. When others steal, we take the harder route: morality over shortcuts. That's how you build something that lasts.
A message to every tech bro and investor who thinks this is a niche play
You have underestimated culture before. You've underestimated our markets. You underestimated the economic power that shows up when you center historically excluded communities and then return the value to them. We are not a niche. We are the present and the future consumers, creators, and leaders of culture. If you think Black culture is a vertical to monetize, you're doing it wrong. If you want partnership, do it on our terms: respect our ownership, respect our authors, respect our IP, respect our governance, and center community outcomes, not extraction.
If you are a VC or an engineer who thinks you can parachute in with a white-label model and scale our culture the way you scale a table-stakes product, know this: you will be met with resistance. We have built walls for a reason. Our communities deserve more than pipeline hiring and performative partnerships. We built our own platforms so that Black creators and Black entrepreneurship could thrive without asking for permission.
How we protect creators, IP, and cultural output
- On-server sovereignty: We host models on our hardware, under our governance. That prevents casual leakage of creator IP into opaque training dumps on third-party systems.
- Proprietary datasets: Our models are trained on BBAIS-owned datasets — our prompts, our archives, our creative research. Not random scraped content. Not parasitic collections of people's unpaid labor. Our dataset design is intentional and inverse to extractive norms.
- Default Black cultural output: Our models output Black-centric tone, voice, and sensibilities by default. That is a design decision, not an afterthought.
- Legal and moral guardrails: We spend the resources — yes, from the CEO's pocket when necessary — to maintain the legal scaffolding that keeps creators protected and revenue flowing to rightful owners.
This is not softness. This is survival economics.
We have a moral obligation to the queens
I grew up admiring Black women for their strength, their grace, their way of surviving in a world stacked against them. I built this for them. I built this for the Black folks who always had our backs. The Kingdom is a vow: to protect, to create, to uplift, to turn creators into founders and founders into generational families. We are intentional about building Black millionaires at scale, not hype-economy stars for a weekend.
You will see us everywhere: voice, cinema, domains, BLKBuilder, artifacts, chat, vibrations and signals — paired with our flagship model, BLKCODE BA1 Fast. We are already running film projects, music, and immersive experiences on BLKVISION and BLK-AI Cinema. We are already proving that when you center the culture and the creators, the work speaks for itself.
To those who call us loud: being loud saved lives. Being loud protects us. Being loud builds economies. If "loud" is the price of sovereignty, then we'll speak until the rafters shake.
What we want from you (and what you can expect from us)
If you are an ally, a partner, an investor, or someone who wants to do this right: come with humility. Ask how your dollars and teams will center community outcomes. Ask how your tech will respect creator ownership. Do not come with a template. Come with the willingness to build in partnership under our terms.
If you are a competitor: great. Compete fair. But know we are not a metaphor — we are an ecosystem with real people, real servers, and real stakes. We will not let our culture be mined.
If you are a creator: join us. Build with us. Own your IP. Put your domain on our servers. Use BLKCreator Studio. Let your art compound into real, managed wealth for you and your family.
If you are a tech bro who still thinks this is a sideshow, I will say this once more: we are already the most technologically advanced Black-owned company in the world. We are not hiding. We are not apologizing. Our net worth and valuation transparency are live. We are building, we are shipping, and every day we add another sovereign model to the stack.
Closing: the Kingdom is open, but the gate has rules
We built the table, but we didn't build it so everyone could grab a seat for free and take our silverware. My BLK World HQ is for the people we pledged to protect. It is for the Black women, Black queer folks, Black trans folks, and Black creators who are tired of being coached out of their joy to fit a white frame.
We took the harder route because morality matters. We invested extra from the CEO's pocket because long-term stability, precision, accuracy, and IP protection for our creators is priceless. We are the Kingdom. We are the BLK BADDIES. We are lethal in the ways that matter: culturally literate, technically rigorous, and financially intentional.
Silicon Valley: you have been warned. This is the first shot fired in a long campaign. We do not want war; we want ownership. We want respect. We want the economics to flow back to the people who made the culture. But if you think you can ignore us, we will be louder, smarter, and more sovereign than you thought possible.
To my people: build with us, own with us, grow with us. The table has our name card on it now — but the kingdom is bigger than one name. It is a movement. And movements last.
