How does BLK-AI answer questions about My BLK World HQ itself?

From the live platform, on every model, BLK-AI's own or one you brought: what My BLK World HQ offers right now (the BLK-AI environments such as Chat, Artifacts, Cinema, Voice, Flyers and BLKBUILDER, plus Envision, the image capabilities of BLKOmni Flash BA1, and the published subscription products such as BLKCloud, Communicate, CRM, DocFraud Prevention and Accessibility, with their current plans and prices), its pages and FAQ, and your own dashboard. A question about the platform never goes out to a web search, even in Smart or Deep Search, because the live platform is the current answer. A plan or price published or changed in Admin is what BLK-AI says within minutes.

When does Smart Search search the web?

Whenever the answer depends on outside knowledge that changes, and whenever you ask (search, look up, verify, sources, or a link to read). That includes coding and technical questions, since languages, APIs, SDKs and routes change constantly, plus research, writing that needs real facts, news, prices and anything current. It stays off the web for conversation, for your own text (rewrite, proofread, translate or summarize what you gave it), for invented pieces like a poem or a story, for your memory, and for questions about My BLK World HQ, which it answers from the live platform. Deep Search always searches, except about the platform itself. The same rule applies in Chat, Artifacts and Co-Pilot.

Where are the sources for an answer that searched the web?

In the Thinking section above the reply. When a live search (Smart Search, Deep Search or Web Scrape) finds sources, Thinking lists each one with its title and link, numbered; the reply cites them inline as [1], [2] and so on, without a list at the bottom. If the search didn't run, Thinking says so and the reply opens with a note that it wasn't checked against live sources.

What is BLK-AI?

BLK-AI is the sovereign AI layer of My BLK World HQ and the BBAIS ecosystem — the engine behind BLKCREATOR STUDIO. It runs on BBAIS's own models rather than reselling someone else's, and works in two parts. Its MODELS: two chat models, BLKCODE BA1-Fast (coding and precision) and BLKOmni Flash BA1 (multimodal), and the creative models BLKCinema BA8, BLKCinema BA-X and BLKGeneration BA-X (Cinema), BLKVOICE BA1 (Voice) and FlyBLK BA08 and BA-X (Flyers); EnvisionBLK BA3000 and BLKBWA BA3000 are models coming soon. Envision is the image capabilities of BLKOmni Flash BA1 (image analysis and image and video generation), and works only with BLKOmni; it is not a model. Its ENVIRONMENTS, where you use those models: BLK-AI: Chat, BLK-AI: Cinema (image + video), BLK-AI: Voice (voice cloning), BLK-AI: Flyers (graphic design), BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER (prompt-to-platform building), BLK-AI: Domains, BLK-AI: Artifacts (documents) and BLK-AI: Vibration (ambient web tracking), plus the BLK-SAAS products: BLK-AI: Communicate, BLK-AI: BLKCloud, BLK-AI: CRM, BLK-AI: DocFraud Prevention and BLK-AI: Accessibility. It ships six search modes (Deep, Smart, Internal Knowledge, Web Scrape, Vibration, Envision) and seven reasoning tiers (Lightning through Kingdom Oblivion). BBAIS hosts only BLK-AI models; any other model is bring-your-own: with a free MyBLKWorldHQ account you can connect your own open-weight model or API and use it in BLK-AI: Chat, Artifacts and BLKBUILDER. It's free: 0 BLKCOIN to connect and use. Not free: reasoning tiers, BLK-AI's browser, Envision, hosting, domains and automations cost BLKCOIN, as do BLK-AI's own models.

What happens when I just say hi to BLK-AI?

BLK-AI greets you back by your BLKNAME and picks up where you are: something you told it, a chat you were having, a BLKBUILDER project in progress or a model you connected, with the next step on it. If you are new, it shows you where to start: the subscription products, BLK-AI's environments such as Artifacts, or building your own platform with BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER. It only uses what it really knows about you; it never makes anything up.

What is my BLKNAME?

The name BLK-AI calls you, on every model and in every chat, BLK-AI's own models and the ones you bring. Everyone sets one: a pop-up asks when chat opens, and no message sends until it is saved. Change it any time from BLKNAME in the chat bar. Your BLKNAME is used about 80% of the time; a preferred name or nickname of yours that you added to your memory (“call me…”, “I go by…”, “my nickname is…”) is used the rest. Names in your memory that aren’t yours, like a pet’s or a family member’s, are never used for you. Asking to be called something inside one chat applies to that chat only and is never saved. BLK-AI never makes up a name for you.

What does BLK-AI remember about me, and can it get it wrong?

Your memory holds durable facts you told it (your role, business, goals, preferences) and is used in every reply, on every model. BLK-AI adds to it as you chat, but only what you actually said: a fact that isn't in your own words is never saved, and names are never saved automatically (your BLKNAME and any “call me” you add yourself are the only names it uses). Tap Memory above the chat to see, edit, delete, clear or pause it any time, or just say “remember that…” or “forget…”.

Does BLK-AI change my spelling or fix my typos?

Your words reach every model exactly as you type them; nothing rewrites them. When a word is clearly a misspelling (“buo science”), BLK-AI reads it from the sentence, writes the correct spelling in its reply and in anything it writes for you, and says so once. When it’s truly unclear, it asks once. Names, brands and terms you meant are never corrected. Your answers and corrections go into your spelling log, every model follows it, and a confirmed word is never asked about again. A word you use more than one way keeps each meaning you confirmed, and each chat follows what you confirmed there. Open Memory above the chat to read, fix or delete any entry.

Does BLK-AI show real tables and charts?

Yes, in every BLK-AI chat: Chat, the chat bubble, Artifacts, BLKBUILDER, Co-Pilot, Accessibility, BLKCloud, Communicate and Deploy. Whenever numbers compare, change over time or rank, BLK-AI gives a real table or an interactive chart, whether or not you asked for one: hover for values, sort any column, switch a table to a bar or line chart, and download the data as CSV. A table or text chart any model writes is drawn the same way, never as lines and dashes. In an Artifacts document, a chart becomes a styled table. When a table shows plans, tap a product or plan name to open its page, subscribe to that plan, read its Docs, or have BLK-AI walk you through subscribing.

Can I edit the code and writing BLK-AI gives me, and see earlier versions?

Yes. Every code box, and every piece of writing BLK-AI writes for you (emails, letters, essays, stories, book chapters, articles, speeches, poems, bios, proposals and more), comes in its own box with Copy right next to Edit, so you never have to highlight anything by hand. Edit it in place and save; BLK-AI then works from your version when you ask it to change the piece, unless you name another version. Versions shows every version of that piece in the chat, BLK-AI's and yours, with the date: view any of them, copy it, or restore it as the current one. Download a box as its code file, text, Markdown or Word, open it in a full view, or convert it to PDF, DOCX and more in BLKCloud's Convert tab (free plan). Ask BLK-AI for any version by name, date or what it's about (“the cover letter from yesterday”, “the original email before I edited it”, “version 2 of the calculator”) and it brings back that exact text.

How does BLK-AI give me code?

The same complete answer from any model, in its own voice and your BLK persona. It greets you, then gives the code in steps (at least four), each step explaining what it does, with its part of the code in its own box so you can copy, edit, save and download it one step at a time. After the code come four parts, always in this order: an overview of what was built, its features, how to run it on your machine (the commands in their own box and the localhost address) and how to put it online with BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER. Each model names and words those parts its own way for your project, so no two answers read the same, and if a model leaves one out, BLK-AI adds it from the code. Follow-ups on the same code don't repeat the run and online parts. If you'd rather have the code in one box, just say so.

Can BLK-AI make artifacts like business plans right in chat?

Yes, with any model, in any chat. Just say it in your own words, even without a verb (“a vision board to earn $500K in 6 months”, “business plan for my bakery”, “a 7-day meal plan as a PDF”). BLK-AI first asks that artifact's own questions as tap-to-answer cards, one at a time: pick A to D, or type your own answer, skip any, review, then Confirm & submit. It builds around anything you skip, marking its assumptions. The finished artifact arrives as a card in the chat: tap it to view it beside the chat (half page, full page, or hide), and download it as the BBAIS-branded PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown or JSON. It is saved automatically as version 1, and every change you ask for, in your own words (“make the budget more detailed”, “give me the updated version”, “I don't see the change”), changes only what you asked about, right then, with no questions first (renaming the title changes the title; every section you didn't mention stays exactly as it was, and nothing is ever dropped); the reply shows only what changed, while the whole document updates in place in its box in the chat, and it is saved as a new version that shows beside the chat, in Artifacts and in your Saved folder (under All and Chat), so you can view or download any version in any format from its Version history. Every chat has an Artifacts list in its header, and the chat sidebar has an Artifacts in chat folder with each artifact under its chat. It is the same artifact as in the Artifacts tab and in your Saved folder. You can also save any version, in any format, to your BLKCloud (a BLK-AI Artifacts folder) or to your BLKVault, from the artifact's Download menu in chat, the Artifacts tab or its Version history. Every artifact type is its own designed document, not one template: a vision board gets pillars, goal progress bars, a milestone timeline and money charts; a business plan, financial projection or wealth plan gets its tables and interactive charts; a proposal gets the BBAIS proposal standard. Add your own photos, as many as you like: attach them with the paperclip, choose Add to your artifact, and say where they go ("in the Family pillar, small"), or use Photos on the artifact to place, resize, caption, reorder or remove them; every change is a new version. When an artifact is finished, BLK-AI shows how to save it to your BLKCloud and names one or two BBAIS products that fit it; tell it to stop suggesting products and it won't. When you ask for a proposal, BLK-AI offers both kinds: a traditional proposal (cover letter, approach, schedule, fixed fee, compliance matrix) or a SaaS / platform proposal (the problem, the platform, monthly plans, buyout, Authorization to Proceed). Saving to the BLKVault asks for your BLKVault passphrase right there; it never leaves your browser. No BLKCloud yet? Start the Free plan in the same window (1 GB, no card) and upgrade any time on the BLKCloud page. When it's done, BLK-AI's note to you sits above the document's box (the box holds only the document), and after it comes Keep it & put it to work: how to save it to BLKCloud or the BLKVault, one or two products that fit it, real next steps, and anything still short of that type's standard (for a proposal, its own Cost Proposal section with fee, payment-schedule and cost-over-time charts). Say "complete it to the standard" and only those parts are added. Turn the suggestions off any time in your own words. A proposal always ends with a Contact section, and every page footer carries your contact: give your details and your partners' and team's in the intake, or tell BLK-AI any time ("our contact info: ..."), and they're added to that proposal and saved for every proposal after it. When it meets its standard, the message that completes it says so and reminds you to save the final version to BLKCloud or the BLKVault, points you to BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER, and, for an artifact you send to someone (a proposal, business plan, financial projection, marketing strategy, event plan, investment analysis, platform plan or application), adds four ready-to-send emails (Formal, Warm, Concise and Confident, each with its own subject line) as tabs in one box. Every email carries an overview of what's inside, you and your business as the sender, and every contact on your team: edit any of them and Copy.

Can BLK-AI look at photos I send in chat?

Yes, on a model that can see images. Tap the paperclip, pick your photos (or PDFs) and send. A model marked VISION in the model menu analyzes the photos and answers about them: BLKOmni Flash BA1 does, and so do your own connected models that read images. A model without VISION, such as BLKCODE BA1-Fast, gets them as reference by name and tells you it can't see them, so you can switch to a VISION model. A PDF's text is read for every model. When the chat has a BLKBUILDER project open or an artifact, attaching photos first asks what they're for: Add to my site, Add to your artifact, or Send to BLK-AI (to analyze on a VISION model, otherwise as reference). Envision mode still analyzes an image or video with BLKOmni on its own too.

Does BLK-AI point me to other BLK-AI tools while I chat?

Only when it fits what you're doing, and never more than needed. Starting a project (a new business idea, building wealth, your goals for the year, a property, an event, a job search, an app), BLK-AI suggests the Artifacts that turn it into a finished document, such as a Business Plan, Financial Projection, Generational Wealth Plan or Vision Board, once at the start of that chat. Writing a book, e-book, chapter or story, it points to BLK-AI: Voice to turn it into an audiobook. Working on code, it mentions BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER (plan in chat, copy the build prompt and paste it into BLKBUILDER from its tab above the chat), BLKCODE BA1 and the CODEBLK CLI that's coming soon. The Voice and coding pointers come at most once every 48 hours, they still show beside a pop-up like Deploy, and all of them are optional.

Where are my edited code and writing pieces saved?

In your Saved folder, under BLK-AI: Chat, next to Cinema, Flyers, Voice, BLKBUILDER and Accessibility. Every code and writing box from every chat is there with all its versions: open one to copy, edit and save, view or restore any version, download it, open it in a full view, convert it in BLKCloud, or jump back to the chat it came from. An edit saved there is the version BLK-AI works from in that chat.

Do I need to log in to use BLK-AI and its models?

Yes. Every BLK-AI model environment — BLK-AI Chat, BLKCODE, BLKCinema, BLKGeneration, BLKVOICE, FlyBLK, BLKBUILDER and the rest — requires a My BLK World HQ account. BLK-AI's own models are paid in BLKCOIN; bringing your own model needs only a free account. This is intentional: the models run on sovereign BBAIS infrastructure for members. This FAQ is the public description of what each model does so you can see the full capability set before you join.

What is BLK-AI Chat and how does it compare to ChatGPT and Gemini?

BLK-AI Chat is the flagship conversational surface of BLKCREATOR STUDIO. It holds natural conversation, writes and explains code, researches the live web, and generates finished, professional-grade artifacts — with BBAIS's own BLKCODE BA1-Fast as the default model. What is BLKGeneration BA-X? Is it a Midjourney or DALL-E alternative?

BLKGeneration BA-X is the still-image model inside BLK-AI: Cinema: a fast, high-quality image generator for cinematic and brand imagery, alongside BLKCinema BA8 and BLKCinema BA-X. It is positioned as a sovereign alternative to Midjourney, DALL-E and Ideogram.

What is BLK-AI: Voice (BLKVOICE)? Is it an ElevenLabs alternative?

BLK-AI: Voice (BLKVOICE) is the BBAIS voice studio for voice cloning and narration. Members clone a voice and generate narration — including voices for their BLK-AI: Cinema characters — with per-project pronunciation control and downloadable delivery. It is positioned as a sovereign alternative to ElevenLabs.

What is BLK-AI: Flyers (FlyBLK)? Is it a Canva alternative?

BLK-AI: Flyers (FlyBLK) is precision flyer and graphic generation. Members describe a flyer and FlyBLK renders a branded, conversion-aware design; every flyer auto-saves to the member's library, and a clean, watermark-free copy can be unlocked with BLKCOIN. It is positioned as a sovereign, AI-native alternative to Canva for flyers and promotional graphics.

If I edit my live BLKBUILDER site and also change it in the preview, will publishing erase my live edits?

No. Everything that doesn't overlap merges on its own when you publish: your live edits (Easy Edit, your admin, BLK-AI on the page) stay exactly as they are, and only the preview's actual changes go live. If the same section was changed on the live site and in the preview, nothing is published until you choose Keep live or Keep preview for each section. Your live site is saved just before every publish, so either choice can be undone.

Can I build and edit my BLKBUILDER site from BLK-AI chat?

Yes. In any BLK-AI chat, name one of your BLKBUILDER projects ("pull up my church site", "open Restoration CCMS") or ask to see your projects and pick one from the cards. While a project is open in that chat, your messages build and edit it with BLKBUILDER's own engine: edits, full builds (the structure first, which you confirm, then the phases), automations, payments, and photos or videos generated and placed on your site. Everything it changed shows under the reply and is saved in the project's own chat too. In full screen, the chat's BLKBUILDER menu opens the live preview beside the chat (half page, full page or hidden), publishing and domains, switching projects, talking to BLK-AI normally with the project still open, and closing it; on a phone the menu opens as a sheet. Publishing from chat is the same guarded publish: your live edits are never overwritten, and a section changed both live and in the preview asks you Keep live or Keep preview. Plain words do the rest too: “build me a website for my bakery” starts a new project and asks its intake (name, what it should do, who it’s for, colors, contact, sites you like) as question cards, filled in from what you already said, and opens BLKBUILDER's full intake as a step-by-step pop-up (platform type, purpose, audience, colors and fonts, logo, contact, sites you like, your site's own AI and its name, products and payments, member accounts, your admin account with its encrypted passphrase, media and connections): skip any step and BLK-AI works around it, and when you finish it BLK-AI drafts the full build structure right in the chat for you to confirm, then the phases, then the build, with its live log right in the chat; “publish it” publishes; “connect mybakery.com” shows where the domain is registered and what it costs, and connects it only after you confirm, then shows the exact DNS records, a Verify button and one-click approval where your host supports it; “verify my domain” and “disconnect the domain” work the same way, with a confirmation first. Stop ends the build itself, not just the screen. Every BLKBUILDER chat (in BLK-AI chat and in BLKBUILDER's Build and Edit) has two modes, and starts in Plan mode. Plan mode plans your platform with you: it researches, verifies what you said, asks the follow-up questions that matter as tap-to-answer cards, keeps a running spec, and builds nothing; when the spec can carry a production-ready build it asks whether to start building. Build mode builds: a full build shows its structure for you to confirm, a change across several files or a new feature shows its plan for you to confirm first, and one small change runs right away. Leaving Plan mode (by saying so, with the switch, or by answering its questions with “build it”) never starts building on its own: the full build structure, or for a site that's already built the full change plan, comes in the chat for you to confirm first. Once it's building it keeps going, two files at a time, until the work is done, shows each change in a code box, and ends with a list of what it did (and anything still to do). Switch with the Plan | Build switch, by saying so (“let's build”, “back to planning”), or with Start building. BLK-AI also finds your other chats about what you're working on, from all your chats, so “the other chat already wrote the code” works. BLKBUILDER's build options work in any BLKBUILDER chat too: say “clone https://yoursite.com” or “scrape this platform” (the Clone panel opens with the link filled in: sign the rights contract, then BLKBUILDER verifies, scrapes and shows the structure to confirm), “make it from my book” (eBook), “set up YourStore”, or “start from scratch” (the Intake), or tap Build it on the project's card. Attach up to 4 photos or videos with the paperclip, choose Add to my site, and say where they go (“put this in the hero”): they're saved to your site's own media and placed there, with any model; a model that can see images also looks at them. Choose Send to BLK-AI instead to have them analyzed or used as reference. A chat you're using for a proposal or another document stays on that document: a document about a website never starts a BLKBUILDER project.

How does hosting work for the sites I build in BLKBUILDER?

Every platform you build in BLKBUILDER can be hosted live at its own address: published from BLKBUILDER, from BLK-AI chat ("publish it") or by BLK-AI, with your own domain connected free, HTTPS, backups, and its code in your own GitHub when you connect it. The first 30 days from a site's first publish are free. BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER Hosting puts each project on its own plan, Kings, Queens or Kingdom, which differ in how many times a day the site can be published (50, 75 or 100) and what they're sized for; each plan is month-to-month, or a 6- or 12-month term for 10% or 20% off (an early-termination fee applies only to those terms). You choose and manage a plan in BLKBUILDER's Hosting section (the HOSTING button), in your Dashboard (BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER Hosting), or by telling BLK-AI in chat ("host my site on Queens"): the plan comes up as a card with its prices, and checkout, the agreement you sign and BLKPAY run right there, the same as every BBAIS product. Cancel online any time: your site stays live until the end of what you've paid, nothing is ever deleted, and the hosting paused page shows only after a missed payment's 15-day grace period or a cancellation takes effect. Until the plans open, published sites stay on the standing hosting: 30 days free, then 24.44 BLKCOIN a month.

What is BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER? Is it a Shopify, Lovable, or Replit alternative?

BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER is the prompt-to-platform vibe-coding workspace — describe the platform, app, or store you want and BLKBUILDER builds working features, with build logs, in-place select-and-edit, and a live workspace. It is positioned as a sovereign alternative to Lovable, Replit, and Bolt for building software from a prompt, and to Shopify for standing up a store or platform without a developer.

What is BLK-AI: Artifacts?

BLK-AI: Artifacts generates polished, business-ready documents from a prompt — vision boards, business plans, proposals, and wealth plans — at the quality of a top-tier AI assistant, all inside BLKCREATOR STUDIO and paid in BLKCOIN.

What are BLK-AI: Vibration and Envision?

BLK-AI: Vibration is ambient web tracking, and there is nothing else like it. You CREATE A VIBRATION — a standing instruction to watch something: a stock, a funding round, a competitor's launch, your favourite TV show. That vibration then SENDS YOU VIBRATIONAL SIGNALS — each new thing it finds, streamed to your dashboard the moment it surfaces. A vibration and a signal are not the same thing: the vibration is the instruction you set; a signal is what it sends you. One vibration sends many signals. Some call it cheating. We call it BLK-AI. Envision is the image capabilities of BLKOmni Flash BA1 inside BLK-AI: Chat, and it works only with BLKOmni: image analysis (drop in an image and BLKOmni reads it) and image and video generation, each saved to your folder. Envision is not a model and not an environment.

What are BBAIS AI Digital Twins / video avatars?

Digital Video Twins are a BBAIS service in BLKSHOP: BBAIS produces AI spokesperson videos (a lifelike video twin) for marketing, courses and training, so you can have on-camera content without filming. You order it in BLKSHOP; it is a service BBAIS delivers, not a self-serve BLK-AI environment. It is positioned as an alternative to HeyGen and Synthesia.

What are BLK-AI's search modes and reasoning tiers?

BLK-AI ships six search modes — Deep Search, Smart Search, Internal Knowledge, Web Scrape, Vibration and Envision — so members can research the live web, the platform's own knowledge, or ambient signals. It also offers seven reasoning tiers, from Lightning (fastest) up to the flagship Oblivion and Kingdom Oblivion tiers for the hardest problems.

Does BLK-AI record real songs? What is BLKTRXCKS DAW?

BLKTRXCKS DAW is coming soon. It is a digital audio workstation, in your browser and on your machine, where artists will record real songs from home or anywhere, with full manual DAW control or industry-level mixing and mastering from a single sentence to BLK-AI: DAW PAL ('BLK-AI: DAW PAL, mix section 4a'). BLK-AI: DAW PAL is in development. It is a BBAIS ecosystem platform, listed on the platforms page.

What is BLK-AI: CODEBLK? Is it a Cursor or CLI coding alternative?

BLK-AI: CODEBLK is the precision command-line coding environment — the engineer at the controls, on your own machine, with full local access to the whole filesystem. It is different from BLKBUILDER: BLKBUILDER is the vibe coder (describe it, the Kingdom builds it); CODEBLK is the CLI for exact edits, exact architecture, exact output. It hosts BLKCODE BA1-Fast, the fastest flagship coding model in the world, and reasoning tiers are mandatory — it does not run without one. In development.

What is BLK-AI: CyberBLK? Is there a 24/7 AI cybersecurity system?

BLK-AI: CyberBLK is the cybersecurity environment, and it runs 24 hours a day. It watches for threats, PATCHES them, and DERAILS them — then tells you the moment it happens by email, by text, and in your admin panel. BLK-AI: Bring Your Own Model lets you connect your own model, an open-weight model you run or a hosted API with your own key, and use it inside BLK-AI: Chat, BLK-AI: Artifacts and BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER with BLK-AI's memory, platform tools, Artifacts presets and builder working on it. BBAIS hosts only BLK-AI models directly; every other model is bring-your-own. It is the BYOK/BYOM option that chat apps like TypingMind, LibreChat and Open WebUI and coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot offer, built into a full AI platform.

Is bringing my own model free?

Yes. Free: 0 BLKCOIN to connect, install, deploy and use your own model. One rule: when only your own model is used, it's free on our side, 0 BLKCOIN. The moment a BLK-AI model is used, for anything, or a paid BLK-AI feature (reasoning tiers, hosting), it costs BLKCOIN at that model's or feature's rate. How do I connect my model?

Open the model menu in BLK-AI: Chat, Artifacts or BLKBUILDER, choose Connect your model, and pick what you are connecting. An AI provider: paste your API key (the provider is recognised from the key, or you tap it; no address needed). Your own open-weight model: choose where it runs (Modal, RunPod, Baseten, Replicate, Beam, Cerebrium or any server) and fill its fields. Hugging Face: search the models its providers are running, pick one and add your Hugging Face token. A cloud platform: fill its form. Your models fill in by themselves; Test & connect runs a live test and adds it to every model menu that can run it. Manage it any time in Dashboard → Your Models.

Can I use a model running on my own computer?

Yes. Choose My model on my own computer and pick your app (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp, Jan or vLLM). Start it, then open a free tunnel with the one command shown (Cloudflare's needs no account; for Ollama the command includes the host-header option Ollama requires), paste the https address it prints, and add your app's key if it has one. Your model stays on your computer; BLK-AI reaches it through the tunnel while your computer, the app and the tunnel are on. A cloud GPU host (Modal, RunPod and the rest) already has a public address, so it needs no tunnel.

Is my API key safe?

Your key is encrypted the moment it arrives, never shown again (you see only its last four characters), never sent to your browser and never written to logs. Only you can use, test or see your connected models, and removing a model deletes its key immediately.

What happens if my model fails?

BLK-AI tells you exactly why in plain words (rejected key, out of credit, rate limit, unreachable server) and never switches to a BLK-AI model behind your back, because that would spend your BLKCOIN. Pick a BLK-AI model in the model menu if you want to keep going, or fix your model in Dashboard → Your Models.

Do BLK-AI's tools and features work on my model?

Yes. Memory across your chats, BLK-AI's platform tools, Artifacts presets and revisions, and BLKBUILDER planning, building and editing all run on your model. A model that calls tools natively uses them directly; one that doesn't still uses BLK-AI's tools, described in its instructions. BLK-AI's platform rules apply to every request, whichever model answers.

Where can I use my own model?

Today in BLK-AI: Chat, BLK-AI: Artifacts and BLK-AI: BLKBUILDER. More environments are coming soon, starting with the BLK-AI: Cinema Director, BLK-AI: Co-Pilot, the BLK-AI: Accessibility chat and BLKBUILDER automations.

Which providers need only an API key?

Most of them: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini (AI Studio), OpenRouter, Groq, Together AI, Fireworks AI, DeepInfra, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, Cerebras, NVIDIA NIM, Perplexity, Cohere, SambaNova, Nebius AI Studio, Novita AI, Hyperbolic, Ollama and Hugging Face, plus any vLLM, TGI, SGLang, llama.cpp, LM Studio or Ollama server you run. Choose AI provider (API key) and paste your key: most keys name their provider by how they begin, otherwise tap your provider. No address is needed. All of them are bring-your-own: BBAIS hosts only BLK-AI models.

Which providers need more than a key, and what do they need?

Azure OpenAI / Microsoft Foundry needs your resource name and deployment name with its key (sent in the api-key header). Amazon Bedrock needs a region and model id, plus a Bedrock API key or an access key ID and secret (BLK-AI signs every request with AWS Signature V4). Google Vertex AI needs a project, a location and a service-account key; BLK-AI mints a one-hour token from it and renews it. IBM watsonx.ai needs a region, project ID and IBM Cloud API key, exchanged for an IAM token. Cloudflare Workers AI needs your account ID and API token. Where does my own open-weight model run?

On a GPU server you rent, never on BBAIS. Pick where it runs under How do you connect?: Modal (your .modal.run address with a Modal proxy-auth token or your own key), RunPod Serverless (endpoint ID) or a RunPod Pod (pod ID and port), Baseten (model ID), a Hugging Face Inference Endpoint (its address), Replicate (owner/name), Beam (app address), Cerebrium (project and function), or any other GPU server running vLLM, TGI, SGLang, llama.cpp, LM Studio or Ollama at a public https address (Vast.ai, Lambda, Fly.io, Koyeb, Northflank or your own machine).

Can I use a model I uploaded to Hugging Face?

Only once something is running it. Typing a hub id works for models Hugging Face's inference providers already run (they host it and bill your Hugging Face account). A model that is only uploaded, such as your own fine-tune, has no server yet: deploy it as a Hugging Face Inference Endpoint or on Modal, RunPod, Baseten, Beam or Cerebrium, then connect that host. BLK-AI tells you plainly when no provider runs the id you typed.

What is BLK-AI: Deploy Your Model?

One-click deploy for open-weight models. Pick a model on Hugging Face and BLK-AI shows its license first, sizes the GPU, writes the serving file and deploys it to your own Hugging Face Inference Endpoints, RunPod, Modal or Baseten account. When it answers, BLK-AI tests it and adds it to your model menu as one of your own models in BLK-AI: Chat, Artifacts and BLKBUILDER (free: 0 BLKCOIN to use; reasoning tiers and other BLK-AI extras cost BLKCOIN). BBAIS never hosts it: your cloud bills you for the GPU. Start from the model menu: Connect your model, then Deploy a model to my cloud.

How is a model's license shown before I deploy it?

First, before you pick a cloud. You see the license its author declared on Hugging Face, a plain line on what it allows (commercial use OK, its own terms, non-commercial, or no license), a link to the full text and any access terms the author set. Deploy stays switched off until you tick that you read and accept that exact license; a non-commercial or undeclared license needs a second confirmation. Your acceptance is saved with the deployment. You're responsible for using the model as its license allows.

Which clouds can BLK-AI deploy to, and what do I need?

Your own account on one of four: Hugging Face Inference Endpoints (a Hugging Face token with write access), RunPod Serverless (a RunPod API key), Modal (a Modal token id and secret) or Baseten (a Baseten API key). BLK-AI checks the key on your account first without creating anything. A gated model also needs your Hugging Face token, after your Hugging Face account accepted the model's terms. No command line and nothing to install.

What does BLK-AI write, and can I change it?

The serving file for your cloud: a Modal app (.py) serving vLLM, a Baseten Truss config.yaml serving vLLM, RunPod template and endpoint settings on RunPod's vLLM worker, or Hugging Face endpoint settings (Hugging Face's tested setup when the model is in its catalog). BLK-AI reads the model's real maximum context from its own config (no cap) and sizes the GPU for the weights plus that context. Before deploying you can change the GPU, the count, the context length (any length; a plain warning past the model's maximum or what the GPU holds), the spin time (minutes awake after the last message before it scales to zero) and the min/max workers, or edit the file. Your cloud key is saved (encrypted) from the first deploy and reused for every later one; update or rotate it under Your Models, Your cloud keys, and Delete key erases it everywhere we hold it (every deployment and connection too) whenever you want. After, ask BLK-AI for a change in the deployment's chat: it shows the diff and redeploys only when you confirm. Every version is kept and you can go back to any of them.

Can I rename a model I deployed?

Yes, on My BLK World HQ, any time, in its Settings or by asking BLK-AI in chat: it is the name in your model menu. Each deployment shows both names: its My BLK World HQ name and its name on your cloud. On your cloud, the name you give when you deploy is used from the start (plus a short id so it stays unique). RunPod and Baseten can rename an existing deployment, so renaming it on My BLK World HQ renames it there too, with no redeploy. Modal and Hugging Face cannot rename one once it exists (the name is part of its web address), so there it keeps the name it was created with; to use a different name on Modal or Hugging Face, create a new model with that name.

How do I test it and read its logs?

BLK-AI tests it automatically when it comes up, then connects it. Any time after, press Test or Logs on the deployment in Dashboard, Your Models, or ask BLK-AI in the deployment's chat to test it or pull the logs; it explains what the logs show and what to change. A test sends a real message, so it wakes the GPU on your account. RunPod's API doesn't return worker logs, so for RunPod you see health and workers here and the full log in your RunPod console.

Is deploying my own model free?

Yes. Free: 0 BLKCOIN to deploy (the license check, sizing, the written file, the automatic test and connecting it) and 0 BLKCOIN to use the deployed model while only your model is used. Your cloud bills the GPU while it runs, at its own price; deployments scale to zero when idle and Stop ends the charges. Costs BLKCOIN at its rate: any use of a BLK-AI model (including messages in a deployment's chat on a BLK-AI model), reasoning tiers (live search) and hosting. One rule: when only your own model is used, it's free on our side, 0 BLKCOIN. The moment a BLK-AI model is used, for anything, or a paid BLK-AI feature (reasoning tiers, hosting), it costs BLKCOIN at that model's or feature's rate.

What happens if a deploy fails?

If a deploy fails, BLK-AI repairs its own serving file itself: it writes the file again from the deployment's plan (model, GPU, context, name), saves it as a new version and deploys again to the same app on your cloud, without asking you to edit anything. Trying the same model on the same cloud again reuses that deployment, so no extra apps are made on your account. Only if the repaired file is also refused does BLK-AI tell you, with what it tried and what your cloud said. Editing the file yourself stays optional.

Can I stop or delete a deployment?

Yes, from Dashboard, Your Models. Stop ends it on your cloud (RunPod sets its workers to zero, Hugging Face pauses the endpoint, Baseten deactivates it, Modal stops the app). Start brings it back. Delete removes it from your cloud account, erases the key BBAIS kept for it and removes its connection from your model menu.

Which models are in the Free models list?

Only open-weight chat models that are free and clear for commercial use: licensed Apache 2.0 or MIT, nothing else. BLK-AI reads the list live from Hugging Face and refreshes it every few hours. A model qualifies only when it comes from the model maker's official account, Hugging Face's license field is exactly Apache 2.0 or MIT, the repo's LICENSE file is the standard text (or, with no LICENSE file, the model card declares it), the model card names no other terms, the repo ships no usage-policy file, and it isn't gated. Each entry says how its license was confirmed. Pick one under Deploy a model to my cloud and BLK-AI downloads it to your own cloud. Models with their own licenses (for example Llama or Gemma, or Apache models with an added usage policy) aren't in the list; you can still deploy them from search after accepting their license.

What is BYOM Instant API — Free?

BYOM Instant API — Free: model APIs verified free on the providers' own pages (Google AI Studio, Groq, OpenRouter free models, Cloudflare Workers AI, Ollama Cloud, Cohere trial). Sign up free or add a key you already have in the encrypted popup; BLK-AI checks it and lists its free models; pick one or several, name each, and it connects them and switches the chat to the first. Each one shows what's free, the limits and any condition the provider attaches before you connect. Start from the model menu (Connect your model, then BYOM Instant API — Free) or ask BLK-AI in chat for a free model. BYOM Instant API is part of BLK-AI: Bring Your Own Model. It only connects third-party model APIs that you sign up for yourself (Google AI Studio, Groq, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, Ollama, Cohere) to BLK-AI. It is NOT one of BBAIS's own APIs: not the Universal API (The Kingdom's Key), not BBAIS's read APIs, and not any API BBAIS offers now or later.

Which free APIs are in BYOM Instant API, and why not others?

Checked on each provider's own pages on 24 Oct 2026: Google AI Studio (Gemini free tier, no billing account; Google uses free-tier content to improve its products), Groq (Free tier; a card only to upgrade), OpenRouter (models ending :free, 20 a minute and 50 a day without buying credits), Cloudflare Workers AI (10,000 Neurons a day on the free plan), Ollama Cloud (free plan, starter models) and Cohere (trial key, 1,000 calls a month, for evaluation). Not listed: GitHub Models (retired 30 Jul 2026), Cerebras (payment method for a one-time credit), Hugging Face Inference Providers (no free credits for free accounts), SambaNova (payment and credits first) and Mistral (no free API plan confirmed on its pages).

Can I connect or deploy a model from BLK-AI chat?

Everything from chat, the card AND plain language together: ask BLK-AI in any words to connect a model, deploy one to your own cloud, use a free API, change or switch models, or set up a vibration. It answers in words and puts a card under its reply that does the work right there in the chat, with an encrypted key field. Click in the card or keep typing, at every step: what you type drives the open card, BLK-AI always knows which step you are on (in the chat card or the BYOM window), and the card stays open while you talk and comes back after a reload and on your other devices. It works whether you're chatting with a BLK-AI model or one of your own. Keys go only in an encrypted field, never in the chat box.

Can I type instead of clicking in the card?

Yes, both work together at every step. With a Deploy card open, say “I want openai-community/gpt2” (or just “open ai community gpt2”), “use Modal”, “call it Mac Helper”, “context 8192” or “deploy it”: the same card updates and BLK-AI tells you the next step in words. The model is looked up on Hugging Face and its license comes up first; ticking the license is always yours, so “deploy it” presses Deploy only after you tick it. The same goes for BYOM Instant API: say “Groq allam-2-7b” and the open card goes to Groq's encrypted key field with that model ticked once your key lists it. It stays a free model API you connect, never a model to deploy.

Groq has paid models and open weights too. Which card do I get?

One provider, one key: a provider such as Groq has a free tier, paid use of the same key, and open-weight models it hosts. “Groq free API” (or naming a model with the Instant API card open) gives BYOM Instant API, which lists only the free models. “Connect my Groq key”, “paid”, “all its models” or “I upgraded” gives Connect, which lists every model your key can use, free or paid (your provider bills paid use). The open-weight models a provider hosts (Llama, Qwen, allam, OpenAI's gpt-oss on Groq) are used through its API with your key; nothing is deployed. Deploying open weights yourself is the other path: “deploy Llama 3.3 to Modal” downloads them from Hugging Face to your own cloud.

Do the chat cards stay after I reload or switch devices?

Yes. Each card is saved with the reply it belongs to, so it comes back after a reload, after reopening the app, and on your phone, tablet or computer, in that chat. A card stays open while you keep talking; only a newer card of the same kind folds an older one to a line you can open again.

Does BLK-AI know where I am in connecting or deploying?

Yes. Every message tells BLK-AI what your cards and the BYOM window are showing and your step in them: the model and its license, your cloud, the free API you picked and its free terms, the free models your key lists and which you ticked, whether a key was added (never the key itself), the plan, deploying, live, any error; plus your deployments and connected models. It answers from exactly where you are.

Can I rotate or delete a key I gave BLK-AI?

Yes, always, wherever you gave it. Your keys are saved encrypted. To rotate one, press Rotate key in its card, ask BLK-AI (“rotate my Groq key”), or edit the model in Your Models: the new key goes in an encrypted field, is tested, and replaces the old one on every model that used it. To delete one, press Delete key, ask (“delete my Groq key”), or remove the model in Your Models; Your cloud keys has Delete for each cloud key used to deploy, which erases every copy (the saved key, each deployment's copy and its connected model's). A deployment whose key you deleted stays on your cloud; managing it from My BLK World HQ asks for the key again. A key you saved is used again everywhere: adding more models from the same provider (in a chat card or the BYOM window: free APIs, API providers, Hugging Face, cloud platforms) shows “Your key is saved” and never asks for it again; “Use a different key” is there when you want one.

Why did my free model stop answering?

Free tiers have limits set by the provider, not by BLK-AI: Google AI Studio's free tier, for example, allows a set number of requests a day per model (20 a day for some models), and Groq limits tokens per minute. A per-minute limit (Groq's tokens per minute, for example) resets in seconds, so BLK-AI waits out the provider's own reset time and your reply continues, saying so in Thinking; every turn is also sized to fit what your model can take at once. A longer limit (a daily one) is told to you in the provider's own numbers, with when it resets. Each chat message uses one request: BLK-AI only makes a second call to your model when your message tells it something about you worth remembering. Meanwhile you can pick another model in the model menu (each Google model has its own limit), or connect a paid key with Connect.

What happens if I paste an API key into the chat?

It isn't sent: the secure Add key popup opens instead, on the provider the key belongs to. If a key reaches BLK-AI anyway, it's cut out before the message is saved or read, so it never lands in your history or reaches any model. Treat it as exposed: BLK-AI shows how to rotate it, with Add the new key securely and I rotated it buttons, and reminds you on later messages, up to 6 times, until you say it's rotated or connect a new key for that provider.

Is BYOM Instant API one of BBAIS's own APIs, like the Universal API?

No. BYOM Instant API is part of BLK-AI: Bring Your Own Model. It only connects third-party model APIs that you sign up for yourself (Google AI Studio, Groq, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, Ollama, Cohere) to BLK-AI. It is NOT one of BBAIS's own APIs: not the Universal API (The Kingdom's Key), not BBAIS's read APIs, and not any API BBAIS offers now or later. Where do I manage autopay?

In your Dashboard, under Manage Autopay: every payment you make on a schedule, in every part of the platform. The same controls are beside each subscription, payment plan, hosting plan and environment's billing.

Can I change my payment due date?

Yes. Press MOVE DUE DATE to move your next payment up to 15 days earlier or later; every later due date moves with it. You can do it 3 times a calendar year for each subscription or plan. It is free, except moving a plan's first scheduled payment to a later date, which costs $4.99.

Does it cost anything to change a due date?

Only one thing does: moving a plan's first scheduled payment to a later date costs $4.99, paid in BLKCOIN or with BLKPAY when you move it. Moving it earlier, or moving any payment after the first, is free, in every part of the platform.

Do my other due dates change when I move one?

Yes, all of them move together by the same number of days, so your payments stay evenly spaced.

Can I pay ahead?

Yes. PAY AHEAD pays 1 to 12 upcoming payments at once through BLKPAY. Each is recorded with its own receipt and your next due date moves past them.

Does turning off autopay cancel my subscription?

No. It only stops the automatic payments; you pay with Pay now instead. Cancelling a subscription or plan ends its autopay automatically.

Is my card stored on the platform?

No. You enter your card or BLKPAY account on BLKPAY's secure page when you approve autopay. The platform never sees or stores your card number.

I have autopay on and moved my date. What happens?

You approve autopay on the new dates once (APPROVE NEW DATES). Until you do, your current autopay keeps paying, and each automatic payment pays your next unpaid one, so nothing is paid twice.

Can I hear BLK-AI replies in a custom voice?

Yes. In BLK-AI Chat, tap Voices to one-click import any voice from your BLK-AI: Voice catalog (a one-time 1.25 BLKCOIN per voice), then tap Listen under any reply to hear it read aloud in that voice — the first play is 0.28 BLKCOIN (generated fresh) and replays of the same reply are 0.01 BLKCOIN (served from cache). Imported voices have their own editable name and can be removed any time. A fresh play is auto-refunded if the engine can't complete it.

Does BLK-AI remember me?

Yes. BLK-AI keeps a durable memory of key facts about you — your name, role, business, goals, and preferences — and uses them in every chat. It adds to this automatically and you can say 'remember that…' or 'forget…' any time. Tap Memory above the chat to view, add, edit, delete, clear, or pause what it remembers. It also recalls your full current conversation and your other chats.

Can BLK-AI pull up earlier messages or my past chats?

Yes. Ask for the start of the current chat, the whole conversation, or one of your past chats (e.g. 'pull up my chat about the store launch') and BLK-AI reads the exact transcript and answers precisely. On very long chats it condenses the earliest messages into a running summary and leaves a visible, persistent 'Earlier messages compacted here' marker in the thread — and can still pull the exact earlier text on request.

What if I reload or close the tab while BLK-AI is replying?

Nothing is lost. Your message is saved the moment you send it, and BLK-AI keeps reasoning even if you reload, navigate away, close the app, or lose signal. When you return, the reply resumes on screen where it left off, and you get a notification when it's done. You can also stop a reply mid-way with the Stop button, and while a chat is replying its input locks so messages can't stack — all of which survives a reload.

Can a live agent complete my project for me?

Yes — done-for-you assistance. Ask your live agent to complete your project and, with your OK, they work right inside your account and finish it with you. While an agent is actively assisting, BLKCOIN charges run at 2x and return to normal the moment they finish; you always see when assistance is active. Does BLK-AI: DocFraud Prevention work for car dealerships?

Yes. Choose Auto Dealers when you subscribe. Franchise dealers, independent dealers and buy-here-pay-here lots get customer wording, dealer document types such as credit applications and proof of residence, and dealer reports and notices.

Do Auto Dealers pay different prices?

By default, no: the same tiers, allowances, discounts and fees as real estate. Choose Auto Dealers above the pricing chart to see your prices.

Does it treat Social Security or other public assistance income as a concern?

Never. The checks and BLK-AI never treat income from a public assistance program as a concern, and never use race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age.

Does it detect CPNs?

It flags what may mean an SSN doesn't belong to the person: an SSN that differs between documents, an SSN in a range never issued, a mention of a credit privacy number, or an SSN used under another name earlier in your account. It never makes a CPN finding; a person on your team decides what to do.

Who sends the adverse-action notice?

You do. The helper prepares the Fair Credit Reporting Act notice and reminds you that the Equal Credit Opportunity Act notice is your duty as the creditor, within 30 days of a completed application.

Base includes 3, Pro 10, Kingdom 25 and Kingdom Oblivion unlimited. Extra team members are $29 a month each, added at signup or from Teams; one added mid-period is prorated and paid before the invitation is sent.

What happens when I upgrade?

You choose a plan on a term. The upgrade takes effect now, the price difference is prorated for the rest of your billing period, and your interactions start again at 0 of the new plan's allowance. A 6- or 12-month term is signed first.

How do I know which reports I need?

What is the difference between a quick scan and a full scan?

A quick scan is a fast, free preview of a few pages and PDFs, with a DIY Quick Report. Every report you are owed, made from BBAIS's full automated audit of your pages and documents, delivered to your profile. They say plainly that no manual review has been performed; add a manual review by BBAIS any time.

How does the manual review by BBAIS work?

Add it when you order Auto Reports or later from your profile. Every BBAIS accessibility reviewer is told; the first to accept it completes it, and your reports are reissued as new versions as it is done.

What are self-service reports?

You complete the manual report yourself: the full audit plus the same guided manual checks BBAIS's auditors complete, each answer explained on the screen. Your reports update as you record each check and say "Completed utilizing BLK-AI: Accessibility - Self Service". You sign them yourself to download the full version.

Can I upgrade Auto Reports or self-service reports to full service?

Yes, any time: a manual review by a BBAIS accessibility professional, priced per report, from the UPGRADE buttons in your profile. Your reports are reissued as it is completed.

Why do I sign my self-service reports?

Because the manual results in them are yours. Signing records "I have verified this information to the best of my abilities" with the date and time on a signature certificate. You can view any version at any time; the download is the signed copy.

Can I scan more than one website?

Yes. Your one Accessibility profile holds every site: press SCAN A SITE in your profile to quick scan another address, order its reports (its full scan comes with them), and each appears in My Platforms with its own reports.

Which formats can I download?

Every version of every report: PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown, CSV and JSON. View any version at any time; self-service reports download once you have signed them, and your signed copies are kept in their own section.

Can I add monitoring, remediation or a manual review later?

Yes. Each site in your Accessibility profile has UPGRADE buttons for anything it does not have yet, each its own order with its own contract.

How do I pay for monitoring each month?

Your profile shows what is due under each site with PAY NOW, in BLKPAY or BLKCOIN.

Why doesn't the DIY Quick Report tell me how to fix things?

It is proof that barriers exist, not the audit. Every finding and every fix are in the reports.

Are my PDFs covered?

Can you fix my current website?

What is BLK-AI: Communicate?

Meet, message and teach in one place, with BLK-AI in the room when you invite it. For businesses meeting their clients and customers, teams and companies meeting each other and other businesses, instructors teaching classes, and members talking to members.

What's the difference between the plans?

Video meetings, voice and video calls, chat, classes, webinars and recordings are the same on every plan. Plans differ by BLK-AI interactions and team members.

How does Lite Base pay-as-you-go work?

Lite Base is a low monthly price for every meeting, call, chat and class feature. BLK-AI interactions are paid from your BLKCOIN balance by their usage, and nothing is added to the monthly price. Usage is the tokens BLK-AI processes for the interaction (your request, what it reads and what it writes back) and the time it spends working on it: a quick question uses little, a full meeting summary uses more. Your balance goes by the time BLK-AI actually works, not by how long your meeting runs: live translation and interpretation keep BLK-AI working the whole hour, so they use the most. The BLKCOIN panel in Communicate shows current estimates per hour of BLK-AI working time and what each BLKCOIN package covers. You see the exact BLKCOIN price of each in your BLKCOIN history.

What can I do without a plan?

Messaging, voice messages, contacts, invite links, calls, BLKPhone QuickCom Digi and its apps, BLKGallery, BLKFiles and hosting meetings, classes and webinars all need a plan: any BLK-AI: Communicate plan, or the BLKPhone Plan for BLKPhone QuickCom Digi only. Without a plan you can still answer a call you're rung with, read the messages people send you and see the calls that came in, accept an invite, join meetings, webinars and classes you're invited to (and their chats), message BBAIS Support, and manage your notifications and settings.

How much storage comes with my plan, and what happens when it's full?

Every plan includes storage, shown on the pricing chart, shared by everyone on the plan. It holds BLKGallery, BLKFiles, message attachments, voice messages and recordings. You can see how much is used, and by what, in Plan & Billing and in BLKPhone Digi Settings. You're told at 80%, 95% and when it's full. When it's full, new uploads and recordings wait until there's room, and nothing is ever deleted. Once it's full, the plan's Owner (or an Admin with billing) can add a storage pack: it goes on your monthly bill, with the first month prorated, and can be removed in one click while everything still fits without it.

How much are extra team members?

Each plan includes a number of team members, shown on the pricing chart. Extra team members are a monthly price per seat, also shown there, added from Team; one added mid-month is prorated and paid before the invitation is sent.

What counts as one BLK-AI interaction?

One thing you ask BLK-AI to do: a question answered, a summary, notes with action items, a catch-me-up, an hour of translation, chapters for a recording, a document read, a follow-up email, or a study guide. Plain live captions never count.

Can my clients join without an account?

Yes. Guests join a meeting by link with just their name and wait in the waiting room until a host lets them in. Clients book from your booking page without an account.

Can I make a voice call without video?

Yes. Choose Voice call on any contact or teammate. The call is audio only, and the video service refuses any camera.

Can I message someone who isn't my contact?

Yes, as a message request: one message until they accept. They can decline or block. People who have both added each other, and teammates, message freely.

Why am I asked to sign in when I open a class link?

Every student needs a free MyBLKWorldHQ account to join a class. When you open a class link you will be asked to sign in or create one; that is expected, not an error, and you come straight back to the class.

Do classes cost anything?

Classes are free unless the instructor chooses to charge. A paid class shows its price before you join and you confirm it; you pay once, in BLKCOIN, when you join.

How does the class chat work?

Every class has one chat the whole class and the instructor see and reply to, with threads, pinned announcements and questions the instructor marks answered.

Will people know a meeting is recorded?

Yes. Everyone is told on joining and when recording starts, and must agree before their camera and microphone go live. They can leave instead.

Where do my notifications show?

In BLK-AI: Communicate's own notification center and in the main MyBLKWorldHQ notification bell. You choose which kinds reach you, by email too, and set quiet hours.

How do I cancel?

Is BLKPhone Digi the BLKPhone handset?

BLKPhone Digi is the digital BLKPhone: it runs in your web browser on MyBLKWorldHQ, on a computer, tablet or phone. It is not the BLKPhone handset; the physical BLKPhone is a separate BBAIS product.

Do I need a plan to use BLKPhone Digi?

BLKPhone QuickCom Digi comes with every BLK-AI: Communicate plan, or on its own with the BLKPhone Plan, which includes BLKPhone QuickCom Digi only. Answering a call someone rings you with never needs a plan. The BLKPhone Plan doesn't include hosting meetings, webinars, classes, recording or BLK-AI.

What are CallBLK, BLKFace and BLKMessages?

What does the BLKPhone Plan include?

How do I get back to the home screen?

Tap Home at the top left of any app, or the bar at the bottom of BLKPhone Digi. On a keyboard, press Escape.

Can I call a whole group?

Yes. In Groups, choose two or more contacts and ring them all at once by voice or BLKFace, or start a group chat.

Where is my call history?

In CallBLK (every call) and BLKFace (video calls), under Recents: grouped by day, with All and Missed, and the full history with each person.

Who can call me?

People who know you: contacts who have added each other, your teammates, and anyone whose message request you accepted. Someone you don't know can't ring you or see when you're online, people you block can't reach you, and Do not disturb stops calls ringing.

Can someone message me just by adding me as a contact?

No. Adding someone is one-sided, so their first message arrives as a request. Until you accept it, they can't send more, ring you or see when you're online.

How does Mail work?

Connect your Gmail once: you sign in at Google and allow only sending email. Then write and send from BLKPhone Digi; it goes from your own address and appears in your Gmail Sent folder. BBAIS never sees your password and Mail can't read your inbox. Disconnect any time.

Where does the weather come from?

MET Norway's forecasts, for your location or any city you search, with now, 24 hours and 7 days in °F or °C. Places come from OpenStreetMap.

What's on the Calendar?

Meetings you host or are invited to, sessions of classes you're enrolled in and bookings, beside your own events with reminders.

How does Find My Device work?

Switch it on for a device in BLKPhone Digi Settings (and off again any time; off deletes its location). From another device you're signed in on, open Find My to see it on a map, ask it to share its location now, ring it, or sign it out if it's lost. It works while BLKPhone Digi is open on that device; finding a phone that's closed or switched off needs the BLKPhone apps.

What's a Dual photo?

One picture with your back camera and your front camera, the front in the corner. iPhones take them about half a second apart, because Safari opens one camera at a time; some Android phones take them together.

How much storage do I have?

Your plan's storage, shared by everyone on the plan, shown in BLKPhone Digi Settings and Plan & Billing. Nothing is ever deleted when it's full; new uploads wait until there's room, and the plan's Owner can add more.

What is BLK-AI: BLKCloud?

Your files, photos and documents in encrypted cloud storage, with BLK-AI to review, organize, rewrite and find them. For anyone who wants their files safe and reachable from any device: people, families, freelancers, students, small businesses, churches and nonprofits.

Is there a free plan?

Yes: 1 GB with every BLKCloud feature except BLK-AI. You need a free MyBLKWorldHQ account, and you accept the Free plan terms when you open BLKCloud. No card, no checkout.

What's the difference between the plans?

Every plan has every BLKCloud feature. Plans differ only by storage and BLK-AI interactions. Start free with 1 GB, no card.

What counts as one BLK-AI interaction?

One thing you ask BLK-AI to do with your files: a file reviewed, a folder summarized, a question answered, a folder organized, smart names for up to 50 files, a smart search, a Word document rewritten, a document drafted or translated, two documents compared, an extraction to a spreadsheet, an image described, or a clean-up review. Exact duplicates, search by name and previews never count. A failed interaction never counts.

Are my files encrypted?

Every file is encrypted with its own key (AES-256) before it leaves your device, and travels straight to storage over an encrypted connection. Those keys are themselves encrypted with a key kept only in BBAIS's protected environment. BBAIS can open a file only to do what you ask (BLK-AI on your files, sharing it), to keep BLKCloud safe, or to answer a valid legal request. For files nobody else can ever open, use the BLKVault.

Can BBAIS see my files?

BBAIS holds the keys that let BLK-AI work on your files and let you share them, so BBAIS can open a file only to do what you ask, to keep BLKCloud safe, or for a valid legal request, and every admin opening is logged with a reason. Files in the BLKVault are encrypted with your own passphrase: nobody but you can open them.

What is the BLKVault?

The BLKVault is a private area where files are encrypted in your browser with a passphrase only you know. BBAIS can't open them, BLK-AI can't read them, and the BLKVault locks itself after 20 minutes. If you lose the passphrase, those files can't be recovered by anyone.

What are end-to-end encrypted folders?

End-to-end encrypted folders: files, their names and their types are encrypted in your browser with a folder key that only you and the members you share with hold. BBAIS stores scrambled data it can't read, and can't hand it to anyone. Edit text, Markdown and Word documents right in the folder: they're decrypted, edited and encrypted again in your browser. Because BBAIS can't read these files, a few things are off inside end-to-end encrypted folders: BLK-AI, malware scanning, thumbnails, Download as another format, search by name from outside the folder, and Restore your BLKCloud for their contents. Versions and Trash still work.

Can I edit Word documents that are end-to-end encrypted?

Yes. Open the document in its encrypted folder and choose Edit. It's decrypted in your browser, you edit it there, and it's encrypted again before it's saved as a new version. Paragraphs keep their style and formatting, and headers, footers, images and page settings stay as they are. Text and Markdown files can be edited the same way.

What if I forget my passphrase?

Your recovery kit (made when you set up encrypted folders) opens your end-to-end encrypted folders again, and you choose a new passphrase. BBAIS can't recover it for you. BLKVault files and BLKPass items use your passphrase only, so keep it safe too.

What is BLKPass?

BLKPass keeps your passwords, two-factor codes, payment cards, identities and private notes encrypted in your browser with your BLKVault passphrase: BBAIS can't read them, not even an item's name. Generate strong passwords and passphrases, see live two-factor codes, get a password health report and a known-breach check, import from your browser or another password manager, and send one secret by a self-destructing link, share items with members, and name emergency contacts. Included in every plan, Free too.

Can I share a password with someone, or give a trusted person emergency access?

Yes. Share any BLKPass item with a member, view only; it's encrypted for them in your browser and updates when you change it. For emergencies, name trusted members and a waiting period of 1 to 30 days: if one asks for access, you're told and can refuse; if you don't, they can open a view-only copy after the wait. BBAIS can't read any of it.

Can BBAIS see my BLKPass passwords?

No. Every BLKPass item is encrypted in your browser with your BLKVault passphrase before it's saved, and the passphrase never leaves your browser. BBAIS stores only scrambled data: not the names, usernames, passwords or even what kind of item each one is. That also means BBAIS can't reset a lost passphrase.

Can I move my passwords from 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Proton Pass or my browser?

Yes. Export a CSV from your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) or from 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Dashlane or Proton Pass, then use Import in BLKPass. Logins, two-factor keys, notes and folders come across, encrypted in your browser before upload. Delete the export file afterwards: it isn't encrypted.

Can BLK-AI change or delete my files?

BLK-AI never deletes anything. It proposes changes like moving or renaming files and only carries them out after you approve them, with an undo. A rewritten Word document is saved as a new version, and the original is one click away.

How big can a file be?

Up to 50 GB on any paid plan, and 1 GB on Free. Whole folders upload with their folders, and uploads resume after a dropped connection.

What happens when my storage is full?

New uploads wait until there's room. Delete something and empty Trash, or upgrade. Nothing is ever deleted for you.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your account continues on Free; anything above 1 GB stays readable, downloadable and exportable, and uploads wait until there's room.

How long are deleted files kept?

Nothing is deleted unless you delete it. Deleted files stay in Trash for 30 days, then are deleted permanently. Earlier versions of a file are kept for 180 days (up to 100 versions). Cancelling, downgrading or filling your storage never deletes anything: uploads just wait until there's room.

Can I share with someone who doesn't have an account?

Yes, with a share link. Add a password, an expiry date or a download limit, or make it view only. People can also send you files through a file request without an account.

Are files checked for viruses?

Files up to 100 MB are checked for malware after upload. A file with malware is held: it can't be opened, shared or copied, and you're told. Larger files, and files the check hasn't reached yet, show a note saying they haven't been checked.

Can I undo a lot of changes at once?

Yes. Restore your BLKCloud to any moment in the last 30 days. You'll see what will change before anything happens.

What is BLKFiles, and how much storage does it have?

BLKFiles is its own space in BLKCloud: the same documents and audio as BLKFiles in BLK-AI: Communicate (add one in either and it's in both). It has its own storage, separate from My Cloud: your Communicate plan's storage, or 1 GB free if you don't have a Communicate plan. With both plans you have all of it: My Cloud, Photos & videos, BLKFiles and BLKVault. Documents you upload to My Cloud are also saved to BLKFiles unless you switch that off in Storage.

Can I convert a file to another format?

Which plans include Schedule, Booking page and BLKPhone?

Where are my CRM files stored?

Your CRM's documents and files are stored in BLK-AI: BLKCloud and open inside your CRM. You choose a BLKCloud plan when you sign up (Free is enough to start) and upgrade it on its own whenever you need more. Kingdom Oblivion includes BLKCloud Base while your CRM plan is active.

What happens to my other environments if my CRM plan isn't paid?

Each environment is its own subscription. If your CRM plan isn't paid, only the CRM and what it includes pause; a BLKCloud or Communicate plan you pay for, and BLKCloud's Free plan, keep working. Nothing is ever deleted.

What costs extra?

Only what you choose: extra team members ($19.99 a month each), more storage for your CRM files (a larger BLK-AI: BLKCloud plan, billed on its own), BLK-AI pay-as-you-go (every interaction on Lite Base, and on other plans only beyond your allowance if you turn on "Keep BLK-AI on"; the exact price is in your BLKCOIN history), and custom automations ($79 each, one time, built by BBAIS or made with BLK-AI, with up to 2 edits at $29.99 each). How do quotes and invoices work?

Make a quote from a deal (its line items come with it) or by hand, then send it: your client gets their own link by email, in their BBAIS account, or a link you copy, and you see when they open it. They accept it by signing with a drawn signature from their BBAIS account (free), after the E-SIGN consent notice; you both get the signed copy with its certificate. On Kingdom and up you can require an Owner or Admin's approval for quotes over an amount. Quotes and invoices come with Base and up.

How do my clients pay me?

Add your PayPal business account in Quotes & invoices, Getting paid: clients pay by PayPal or card and the money goes straight to your PayPal (refunds come from your PayPal too). BBAIS members can also pay with BLKCOIN; BBAIS holds it and pays it out to you under BBAIS's payout terms. A quote can ask for full payment or a deposit when it's accepted. Paid somewhere else? Record the payment. A $0 document is marked paid with nothing charged.

Can I cancel online?

Yes, any time from Plan & Billing, the same way you signed up. Nothing is deleted: your records stay available to view and export for at least 90 days.

Can I email clients from my CRM?

Yes, on every plan. Emails go from your own Gmail address (connect it once; BBAIS can send but can't read your inbox) and are saved on the client's record with opens and link clicks. Templates, snippets and merge fields are on every plan; sequences and campaigns come with Pro and up. Marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link and your postal address, and anyone who unsubscribes gets nothing more.

Do my Communicate bookings and meetings show in my CRM?

When you turn it on. In your CRM's Schedule and Booking tabs, the owner or an admin can switch on copying every Communicate meeting and every booking into the CRM. Both start off. With them off you can still send one at a time with "Send to my CRM" in Communicate. Anything in your CRM keeps following its changes.

Who can see my CRM's public profile?

You choose, part by part. Your public profile (your business's page for clients) is shown to visitors from the start. On Customize, pick Everything public, Choose what's public (each part: about, phone, email, website, postal address, hours, Book a time, the contact form, your other forms, products and services, and any add-ons), or Completely private (only you and your team, signed in; your web forms close to the public too). Add-ons with a public part join the list on their own. Your contacts, leads, deals and other records are never public.

Do I need a web address for my CRM?

No, it's optional. A web address (URL) like myblkworldhq.com/your-business is a short link to your public profile. Without one, your profile has its own automatic link. Add, change or remove the web address on Customize any time; who can see the profile is a separate choice.

Can I change the details I gave when I signed up?

Yes. On Customize, Account details: the legal name subscribing, the email for receipts and billing, your organization type, the state used for sales tax, and the account contact. New receipts, invoices and documents use them; agreements you already signed keep the names they were signed with.

Can I stop BLK-AI mid-reply, and why can't I send while it's replying?

While a chat is waking, reasoning, or replying, its input locks so you can't accidentally stack messages — it unlocks the instant the reply lands. If you want to cut a reply short, the Send button becomes a Stop button while BLK-AI responds: tap it to halt and keep whatever was written so far. Stop works even after a reload. If the model is warming up you'll see 'Waking BLK-AI — hold tight, your reply is safe' until it wakes.

Where are my saved chats — the panel looks different on my phone?

It's the same navigation panel (saved chats, artifacts, and NEW CHAT), just placed to fit your screen. On desktop and wide tablets it's a side bar on the left, with a collapse control to hide it and give the chat full width. On mobile and most tablet views that same panel stacks to the top, as a bar above the conversation. Nothing is missing on a smaller screen — it's only repositioned.

Yes. My platform's edits work on one device but won't save on another — what do I do first?

Reset that browser's settings first — always step one. A browser sign-in session, an extension, or a privacy/security setting (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome alike) can erase your platform's sign-in seconds after you sign in, so every save is refused while the page still looks signed in. Edge: Settings → Reset settings → Restore settings to their default values. Chrome: Settings → Reset settings → Restore settings to their original defaults. Close the browser, reopen your platform's /admin and sign in once. Clearing the cache alone doesn't fix it.

Why does my platform's admin sign me out after 24 hours?

For security. The admin signs you out exactly 24 hours after you sign in, so an open, forgotten session can't be misused, and you always edit in a fresh session instead of hitting a refused save. Sign in again to keep editing — nothing you saved is lost.

I see "You've been signed out" while editing — did I lose my work?

No. Everything you saved before stays saved. Press Sign in again and continue. Your admin asks before signing out, and the editor switches off the moment you sign out, so changes are never silently dropped.

Can I undo a change on my platform?

Yes. In Easy Edit, 🕘 History in the top bar lists every change you made this session — text, photos, moves, deletes, styles, links — each with Restore. Restoring something that had never been edited before brings back the page's original.

How do I ask BLK-AI to change something on my page?

Turn on Easy Edit, then Alt-click the element (on a phone: tap ✨ BLK-AI then the element, or press and hold it) and say what you want: "move this photo to the middle", "make it smaller", "delete this photo", "show it again", "change this to …". BLK-AI performs that action; it only swaps a picture for one already on your platform or in your media library.

My devices show different versions of my page — why?

Reload once (Ctrl + Shift + R, or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac) so that device loads the latest version. Your platform always applies the latest edits when they arrive, even on a slow connection.

Which BLKCOIN is used first?

When you use BLK-AI models and environments, BLKCOIN the platform issued is used first, so the BLKCOIN you bought is kept for purchases. When you pay for a product, service, subscription, hosting or a fee, issued BLKCOIN is used up to that item's limit and the rest comes from the BLKCOIN you bought. Every payment's ledger entry shows how much came from each.

Can I pay a BLKSTORE order, subscription, hosting bill or fee with BLKCOIN?

Yes. 1 BLKCOIN = $1, so a BLKCOIN payment counts the same as a BLKPAY payment, within the limit on BLKCOIN the platform issued. In BLK-AI, click CONNECT TO LIVE AGENT. A live-chat panel opens showing your place in line, and a BBAIS agent joins with the full context of your BLK-AI conversation — so you never repeat yourself. You'll see when the agent is typing and can message them directly. BLK-AI (the AI) and the live agent are separate: the panel is your conversation with a human.

What happens after I request a live agent?

Your request enters the queue and the panel shows your position (e.g. '#2 in queue'). When an agent picks it up, the panel switches to 'Connected' with the agent's name and an opening message. You can keep using BLK-AI while you wait — replies from the agent appear live in the panel.

Does the live agent see my chat history?

Yes — a warm handoff. The agent receives your recent messages to BLK-AI as context the moment they join, so they start already understanding what you need.

Can an agent complete my project for me?

Yes — done-for-you assistance. Ask your live agent to complete your project and, with your OK, they'll work right inside your account and finish it with you. While an agent is actively assisting, your BLKCOIN charges run at 2x, and they return to normal the moment the agent finishes. You'll always see when assistance is active (an on-screen banner), and it ends automatically when they exit.

Are my live chats saved?

Can I get a certificate?

Yes — courses with certificate support issue certificates upon 100% completion.

What are bundles?

Vibrations

What are Vibrations?

Vibrations are your always-on watchers. Each one continuously monitors the web on a schedule you choose and delivers Signals — new, relevant updates on your topic — to your Vibration feed and your Kingdom's Eye (the pyramid notification indicator in the menu bar, which glows gold when new Signals are waiting). It's passive intelligence: set it once and the updates come to you.

How do I create a Vibration?

Two ways. In the Vibration dashboard, fill the create form (name, schedule, depth). Or just tell BLK-AI in chat — say something like 'vibration All The Queen's Men Season 5' in ANY mode. BLK-AI proposes it and an on-brand confirmation card appears where you pick the exact schedule and depth, then Confirm. Nothing is created until you confirm.

What schedule and depth can a Vibration use?

Schedule: hourly, daily, or weekly — how often it checks the web. Depth: Standard or Deep — how broadly it searches (Deep pulls more sources and detail). BLK-AI always asks you to pick both before creating; you can change them later and the schedule updates for real.

What is a Signal?

A Signal is a single update a Vibration surfaces — a new development, announcement, or piece of coverage on your topic, with the details and a source. Signals show newest-first in your Vibration feed and light your Kingdom's Eye — the pyramid indicator in the menu bar glows gold when new Signals are waiting. Each one is tied to the Vibration that found it.

How do I pause, resume, rename, or delete a Vibration?

From the Vibration dashboard, or just tell BLK-AI in plain words — 'stop the vibration for X', 'resume monitoring X', or rename it. Renaming updates the name across all its past Signals too.
