Kennedy's Chicken Automation is a complete, working ordering and counter platform for a fried chicken restaurant that is already open and serving. It is not a template and not a mock-up: every feature on this page was built, tested and driven live before it was listed here. Each location gets its own storefront, its own menu, its own counter QR code and its own Master Admin. One owner can run several locations from one account.

**Package terms:** add it on month-to-month, 6 or 12 months. BBAIS owns every tablet; tablets are never sold. One-time $99 local pickup, delivery and first-day setup per location (shipping outside the local area instead) (charged again if you cancel and later subscribe again). **Return the tablets within 30 days of delivery with no fees.** After that, return them any time for a $99 pickup or shipping fee; ending a 6-month contract early adds a $299 cancellation fee, and a 12-month contract a $499 cancellation fee (month-to-month has none). ## WHAT IT DOES

### 🍗 Order-ahead for the full menu

Every combo, bucket and side with its choices, ready when they walk in.

- The whole menu online: piece chicken (2, 3 and 4 piece), combos (piece, wings, tenders, fish, shrimp, burger), wings, tenders, family meals and buckets (8, 12 and 16 piece), sides and drinks.

- The choices a chicken spot needs: **white or dark meat** (mixed, all white, all dark), **regular or spicy**, **sauces** (ketchup, hot sauce, BBQ, honey mustard, ranch, buffalo, sweet chili), and side and drink picks, each choice with its own minimum and maximum.

- **Prices are computed on the server** from your catalog. The customer's phone sends what they picked, never a price.

- Six storefront layouts to choose from, so your storefront looks like your restaurant.

- Search across the menu as you type, in the customer's language; every item opens on its own page with a clean link you can share.

- The customer follows the order on their phone: received, cooking, ready.

### 🧾 Skip the Stuff, built in

New York City's Skip the Stuff rules (in effect since July 31, 2023) say utensils, condiment packets, napkins and extra plates or containers go out only when the customer asks, and online ordering must default to none. Kennedy's does exactly that: nothing extra by default, and a box at checkout where the customer asks for everything, a kind of item, a count, or adds a note. The request prints on the kitchen ticket.

### 📱 In Store mode

Customers scan the counter QR and order from their own phone while they wait. The QR opens your storefront in In Store mode for that location, only during your open hours. No app to install.

### 💳 Pay at Counter button

The customer taps **Pay at Counter** and you confirm it live. A Pay at Counter order is never treated as paid until your staff press **Confirm**; rejecting it refunds in full. Both screens update live.

### ➡️ Push to account

Ring up an amount at the counter and send it straight to the customer's account; they pay it with one tap on their phone. The lookup is exact (you see their name before you send), and an unpaid push expires after 15 minutes.

### 📒 Digital tabs

A regular's tab with a limit you set, paid off from their phone. No interest, no fees, no installments. Balances move atomically with two layers against double payment, and the reconciliation is shown to you. You decide who gets a tab.

### 🐓 Shop mascot

Give your spot's mascot a name, a photo and a short bio on your storefront.

### 🛵 Delivery toggle

Turn delivery on or off from Master Admin. Set your radius, fee and order minimum; your own runner delivers. The server re-checks every address against your radius, so an out-of-area order cannot slip through.

### 🔎 Google visibility

Your hours, menu and address in the structured data Google reads: every storefront carries up to 14 schema types, a sitemap, robots and an `llms.txt` file so search engines and AI assistants read your restaurant correctly. Master Admin walks you through setting up your Google Business Profile.

### 🤖 BLK-AI chat

Help for you and your customers, in their language. BLK-AI is installed with your platform and answers customers from your own menu and hours, on the storefront and on the KIOSK.

Customers add your storefront to their home screen, with your own icon; no app store. Order updates come to their phone.

## MASTER ADMIN

One Master Admin per owner, with a section for each part of the restaurant:

- **Orders & kitchen:** every order from every channel (counter, phone, order-ahead, In Store, delivery, KIOSK) in one live queue, with a new-order alert and status moves received → cooking → ready. Cancel and refund are owner-only.

- **Counter:** Pay at Counter confirmations, Push to account, and your printable counter QR.

- **Tabs:** who has a tab, their limit, balance and history.

- **Menu and menu tools:** items, choices, sizes, prices and photos. Nothing is invented for you: seeded items start unpriced and switched off until you price them.

- **Delivery:** radius, fee, minimum, on/off.

- **Storefront and storefront extras:** layout, hours (including late nights that close the next day), mascot, photos.

- **Google profile:** your Business Profile setup, step by step.

- **Sales:** built on the payment ledger, one channel per payment, with five independent reconciliation checks.

- **Staff:** invite staff (they accept the invite), with owner and staff roles decided on the server.

- **Language:** each admin's language is saved to their account.

- **Tablet:** your tablets, their status and setup codes.

**Receipts:** one per payment, numbered per store, as a PDF and on screen. **Kitchen tickets** print through a cloud receipt printer, with Skip the Stuff requests on them.

## BUILT RIGHT

- **5 languages:** English, Spanish, Arabic, Dari and Pashto, right-to-left layouts included. Nothing reads the visitor's location to guess a language; each customer and admin chooses.

- **Security:** security headers on every response, token sign-in with no cookies, rate limits on checkout, quotes, uploads, address lookups and KIOSK tickets, uploads re-encoded with photo location data stripped, and no route trusts an id sent by the browser.

- **Payments:** one payment layer with an idempotency key on every attempt, protection against double charges, atomic refunds, and a ledger that stores no card data.

- **App-grade:** loading, error and empty states on every section; lists page through everything ("26–50 of 93"), never cut off.

- **Accessibility:** contrast checked on every button style, focus kept and returned in dialogs.

## THE MARKET

- **Off-premises is most of the business.** The National Restaurant Association's 2025 Off-Premises Restaurant Trends Report puts 75% of all restaurant revenue in off-premises transactions, and 58% of limited-service operators say off-premises is a larger share of their sales than in 2019. (Food On Demand, April 18, 2025.)

- **Delivery apps take a cut of every order.** New York City capped third-party delivery commissions at 15% of the order, plus 5% for other services and 3% for transactions; the apps sued, and settled with the City in 2025. Orders placed through your own storefront pay no commission to an app.

- **NYC rules are already handled.** Skip the Stuff has been enforced with fines since July 1, 2024 (NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection). Kennedy's defaults to it on every order.

### An example, in plain numbers

These figures are arithmetic, not a promise of results. Say a location takes $10,000 a month through delivery apps at a 15% commission: $1,500 a month in commissions. If one order in five moves to your own order-ahead and In Store mode instead, that is $2,000 of orders and **$300 a month you keep**, more than the Base plan costs. Your own numbers will differ.
