One-time $99 local pickup, delivery and first-day setup per location (shipping outside the local area instead) (charged again if you cancel and later subscribe again). **Return the tablets within 30 days of delivery with no fees.** After that, return them any time for a $99 pickup or shipping fee; ending a 6-month contract early adds a $299 cancellation fee, and a 12-month contract a $499 cancellation fee (month-to-month has none). ## WHAT IT DOES

### 🥡 Order-ahead for the full menu

Customers order and pay from their phone and pick up at the counter.

- A full takeout menu: appetizers, soups, fried rice, lo mein, chow mein, chop suey, egg foo young, sweet and sour, entrées, chef's specials, combination platters, lunch specials and drinks, with **pint and quart sizes** and the choices takeout customers expect (white or fried rice, spice level, extra sauce, substitutions).

- Nothing is priced for you: the starting menu comes in unpriced and switched off, and you toggle, edit and price everything.

- **Prices are computed on the server** from your menu; the customer's phone sends what they picked, never a price.

- **Dish names in the customer's language first**, with your restaurant's own name underneath.

- Six storefront layouts, including one where lunch specials and combination platters lead.

- Search the menu as you type; every dish opens on its own page with a clean link.

### 🕛 Lunch specials, only at lunch

Lunch specials show and can be ordered only inside the window you set. The server enforces it at checkout, so a lunch price cannot be ordered at dinner.

### 🔥 Live kitchen queue

Every order moves **received → cooking → ready** in the Orders and Kitchen section, with a new-order alert. The customer is told in the language they ordered in.

### 🧾 Skip the Stuff compliance built in

New York City's Skip the Stuff rules (in effect since July 31, 2023) say utensils, condiment packets, napkins and extra plates or containers go out only on request, and online ordering must default to none. Here, nothing extra goes out by default; customers ask for chopsticks, sauce or napkins at checkout, and the request prints on the kitchen ticket.

Customers scan the counter QR, order and pay on their phone, and pick up at the counter: no cash through the window. In Store mode opens only during your open hours.

### 💳 Pay at Counter button

Ring up walk-in orders on the countertop tablet. A Pay at Counter order is never treated as paid until your staff press **Confirm**; rejecting it refunds in full, and both screens update live.

Ring up an amount at the counter and send it to the customer's account to pay on their phone. Exact lookup with the name shown before sending; an unpaid push expires after 15 minutes.

### 📒 Digital tabs

Regulars run a tab with a limit the owner sets. No interest, no fees, no installments; balances move atomically, with two layers against double payment and the reconciliation shown to you.

- **NYC rules are already handled.** Skip the Stuff has been enforced with fines since July 1, 2024 (NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection).

- **Your customers read Chinese, Spanish and Arabic.** Menus, order updates and receipts in their language, with your own dish names kept underneath.

These figures are arithmetic, not a promise of results. Say a restaurant takes $10,000 a month through delivery apps at a 15% commission: $1,500 a month.
