Autopay, due dates and paying ahead
One standard for every payment you make on a schedule: monthly subscriptions, BLK-SAAS subscriptions, BLKPAY Pay in 4, lease-to-own and hosting. Open Manage Autopay.
Where every recurring payment is
Your Dashboard has a Manage Autopay tab listing every payment you make on a schedule, in every part of the platform: monthly subscriptions, BLK-SAAS subscriptions (DocFraud Prevention, Communicate, BLKCloud, CRM), BLKPAY Pay in 4, lease-to-own and hosting. The same controls are also beside each one where you already pay it: Monthly Subscriptions, My Payment Plans, Platform Hosting and each environment's own billing.
Your due dates, and moving them
Due dates come automatically, once each period: every month for subscriptions, lease payments and hosting, and every week or two weeks for Pay in 4. Each one shows its next due date and the ones after it.
Press MOVE DUE DATE to move your next payment up to 15 days earlier or later. Every later due date moves with it, so your schedule stays even. You can do this 3 times a calendar year for each subscription or plan. It is free, with one exception: moving a plan's first scheduled payment to a later date costs $4.99, paid in BLKCOIN or with BLKPAY when you move it (the date moves once it is paid). Moving it earlier, or moving any payment after the first, is free. A payment that is already past due can't be moved (pay it first), and a date can't move into the past.
Paying ahead
Press PAY AHEAD to pay 1 to 12 upcoming payments at once through BLKPAY (BLKCOIN for hosting billed in BLKCOIN). Each payment is recorded in order with its own receipt, and your next due date moves past them. The amount is always worked out from your plan; if one of those payments gets paid another way before you finish, nothing is charged and you choose again.
Autopay
Press TURN ON AUTOPAY and approve it once on BLKPAY's secure page, where your card or BLKPAY account is entered and kept; the platform never sees or stores your card number. Each payment is then paid automatically on its due date. At checkout, your cart asks which of the items you are buying should be paid automatically, and you finish each one right after paying.
TURN OFF AUTOPAY stops the automatic payments only: your subscription or plan continues, and you pay it with Pay now. When a subscription or plan ends or is cancelled, its autopay ends with it. TURN BACK ON restarts a paused or turned-off autopay.
When you move a due date or pay ahead while autopay is on, you approve autopay on the new dates once (APPROVE NEW DATES). Your current autopay keeps running until you do, and every automatic payment pays your next unpaid one, so nothing is ever paid twice.
