• Push back when it sounds too good to be true. If an answer feels too easy or too flattering, say so — "that sounds too good, what's the catch?" A good model gets sharper under pressure. Make it defend its reasoning.
• Cross-verify. For anything that matters — numbers, legal, money, deadlines — confirm it. Turn on a web search mode to make BLK-AI cite live sources, and soon you'll be able to one-tap fact-check any answer with VerifyOS (Coming Soon).
• Give it context. The more it knows about you and your business, the more precise it gets. Tell it your goals, your budget, your stage.

Finding your way around — desktop vs. mobile

Your saved chats, artifacts, and the NEW CHAT button live in one navigation panel. Where it sits adapts to your screen so it never crowds the conversation:

• Desktop (and wide tablets): it's a side bar on the left, with a collapse control so you can hide it and give the chat full width.
• Mobile and most tablet views: the same panel stacks to the top as a bar above the conversation — same buttons, same saved chats, just placed where it fits a narrow screen.

Getting started, step by step

1. Open BLK-AI: Chat and tell it who you are and what you're building.
2. Pick a model and a search mode (turn on web search when you need live, verifiable answers).
3. Ask one of the power prompts above to map your business into the ecosystem.
4. Let BLK-AI route you into the right environment — Cinema, Flyers, Voice, Artifacts, BLKBUILDER — to actually make the thing.
5. Push back, verify, and refine until it's right.

How BLK-AI remembers you

BLK-AI: Chat is built for real memory — you never have to re-explain yourself.

• Full thread memory. It reads your entire current conversation before every reply — not a summary, the whole thread — so it stays consistent from your first message to your last.
• Cross-chat memory. It also remembers your other conversations with it. Start a new chat and pick up where a different one left off — it recalls what you've discussed across the platform.
• Your head memory. BLK-AI keeps a living list of durable facts about you — your name, role, business, goals, preferences — and uses them in every reply. It adds to this automatically as you chat, and you can just say "remember that…" or "forget…". You're in full control: tap Memory above the chat to view, add, edit, delete, clear, or pause it any time. When memory fills up, BLK-AI knows — it will consolidate related facts to make room or tell you, never silently forget.
• Knowledge base built in. Every answer combines what it remembers about you, the full BBAIS knowledge base, and its reasoning — delivered as one response, in BBAIS voice.
• Smart auto-compaction — with a visible marker. When a conversation gets very long, BLK-AI automatically compacts the earliest parts into a faithful running memory (the same technique the best assistants use) instead of forgetting them. It drops a persistent marker in the thread at that spot — "Earlier messages compacted here" — so you always know, even after a reload. Nothing is lost; the chat keeps going indefinitely.
• Pull up anything, exactly. Ask for the start of this chat, the whole conversation, or one of your past chats — "pull up my chat about the store launch" — and BLK-AI reads the exact transcript and answers precisely. It can view any portion of any past conversation on request.

Hear replies in your own voice

Bring your BLK-AI: Voice custom voices into Chat and listen to any reply in them.

• Import — tap Voices above the chat and one-click import any voice from your catalog (or create one in BLK-AI: Voice first). Adding a voice to chat is a one-time 1.25 BLKCOIN. Each imported voice is saved in Chat with its own name you can edit, and you can remove it any time — your original voice is untouched.
• Listen — tap Listen under any BLK-AI reply to hear it in your active voice. The first play of a reply is 0.28 BLKCOIN (it's generated fresh); every replay of that same reply is 0.01 BLKCOIN, served instantly from cache. Auto-refunded if the voice engine can't complete a fresh generation.

Help improve the model

Every reply has a thumbs up / thumbs down. Thumbs down lets you pick what went wrong (incorrect, inappropriate, off-brand, and more) and add a note. Your feedback — with the conversation — goes straight to our team and is used to make BLK-AI better.

How to use reasoning tiers

Reasoning tiers control how hard BLK-AI thinks before it answers. Match the tier to the task:

• Lower tiers — fast, everyday questions, quick drafts, back-and-forth.
• Higher tiers — strategy, financial modeling, complex plans, anything where being right beats being fast. It thinks longer and goes deeper.
• Note: reasoning tiers are hidden when Internal, Web Scrape, or Vibration search modes are selected — those modes run their own process, so the tier would only add confusion.

Your message and reasoning never fade

• Sent = saved. The moment you send, your message is saved. Reload, click away, close the app, lose signal — nothing you typed is lost.
• It keeps thinking without you. BLK-AI finishes reasoning even if you leave the page. Come back and the reply resumes on screen right where it was, and you get a notification when it's done. Highest tiers can reason for a long time — it holds.
• Waking is safe. If the model is warming up you'll see "Waking BLK-AI — hold tight, your reply is safe", which stays until it wakes. A warm-up can never drop your reply.
• One at a time. While a chat is replying, its input locks so you can't accidentally stack messages — it unlocks the moment the reply lands.
• Stop anytime. The send button becomes a Stop button while BLK-AI replies — tap it to halt and keep whatever was written so far. Stop works even after a reload.
