Getting started
- Choose a plan (Lite Base to start, or a plan with BLK-AI interactions included) and sign your agreement online.
- Your organization is ready at once: invite your team, set your booking page, create classes.
- Start a meeting, call a contact or message anyone. Guests and clients join by link with just their name.
- Invite BLK-AI into a meeting when you want notes, answers or a summary.
Messaging, voice messages, contacts, invite links, calls, BLKPhone QuickCom Digi, BLKGallery, BLKFiles and hosting meetings, classes and webinars all need a plan: any BLK-AI: Communicate plan, or the BLKPhone Plan for BLKPhone QuickCom Digi only. Without a plan you can still answer a call you're rung with, accept an invite, join meetings, webinars and classes you're invited to (and their chats), message BBAIS Support, and manage your notifications and settings.

Need more people? Extra team members are $6.99 a month each, added at signup or later from Teams (prorated for the rest of your billing period, and paid before the invitation is sent). Upgrade any time: you choose a plan on a term, the difference is prorated, and your interactions start again at 0 of the new plan's allowance.
Storage is shared by everyone on the plan and holds BLKGallery, BLKFiles, message attachments, voice messages and recordings. When it's full you can add more: 25 GB for $1.99 a month, 50 GB for $2.99 a month, 100 GB for $3.99 a month, on your monthly bill (the first month prorated). Remove added storage any time it isn't needed. Nothing is ever deleted when storage is full; new uploads wait until there's room.
How Lite Base pay-as-you-go works
On Lite Base, BLK-AI is pay-as-you-go from your BLKCOIN balance. Each BLK-AI interaction costs four times what it costs BBAIS to run BLK-AI's servers for that interaction. If BLK-AI's servers were asleep and have to start up for your interaction, the start-up time is included, the same as every other BLK-AI interaction on the platform. You'll see the exact price of every interaction in your BLKCOIN history, and BLK-AI never starts an interaction your balance can't cover.
One BLK-AI interaction is one thing you ask BLK-AI to do: one question BLK-AI answers in a meeting, chat or class (spoken or typed), one meeting summary, one set of notes with action items, one catch-me-up for someone who joined late, one hour of translated captions or spoken interpretation, one recording's chapters and highlights, one document, image or shared screen BLK-AI reads for you, one follow-up email draft, or one class study guide or quiz. Plain live captions are included and never count. Video calls, chat, classes, webinars and recordings work the same on every plan; only BLK-AI interactions differ.

BLKPhone QuickCom Digi
BLKPhone QuickCom Digi is a phone inside MyBLKWorldHQ: a virtual BLKPhone Digi with CallBLK for voice calls, BLKFace for video calls, BLKMessages for messages, contacts, groups and your full call history. Share your screen from inside any call. It comes with every Communicate plan, or on its own with the BLKPhone Plan.

Someone who isn't your contact or teammate can send you one message as a request. You accept, decline or block; they're never told you blocked them.

Every student needs a free MyBLKWorldHQ account to join a class. When you open a class link you will be asked to sign in or create one; that is expected, not an error, and you come straight back to the class.
Classes are free unless the instructor chooses to charge. A paid class shows its price before you join and you confirm it; you pay once, in BLKCOIN, when you join.
Instructors set or change the price in the class's Price & earnings tab; it applies to people who join from then on, nobody already in the class is charged, and an instructor can refund a student. Students confirm they're 13 or older when they join. Enrolled students go straight into class sessions; anyone else waits in the waiting room.

When recording or transcription starts, everyone is told and must agree before their camera and microphone go live; they may leave instead. Every answer is logged. Captions are free on every plan and never count as a BLK-AI interaction.

Change plan or cancel online at any time from Plan & Billing, the same way you signed up: one screen shows the date it takes effect, any fee from a discounted term, and what happens to your data. No call or email is needed, and you get a confirmation number.
