• Queue — the panel shows your place in line (e.g. #2 in queue) while you wait. You can keep using BLK-AI in the meantime.
• Warm handoff — when a BBAIS agent picks up, they join with your recent BLK-AI conversation as context, so you never repeat yourself. The panel switches to Connected · [agent name].
• Live messaging — message the agent directly; you'll see when they're typing, and their replies appear in real time.
• Resolved — the agent closes the chat when you're sorted. Request a new live agent any time.
• Saved conversations — your live chats are saved. The widget doesn't pop up on its own; reopen an ongoing chat with Resume Live Chat, or open any past one from the history list.
