What BLKPhone QuickCom Digi is

BLKPhone QuickCom Digi is a phone inside MyBLKWorldHQ: a virtual BLKPhone Digi with CallBLK for voice calls, BLKFace for video calls, BLKMessages for messages, contacts, groups and your full call history. Share your screen from inside any call. It comes with every Communicate plan, or on its own with the BLKPhone Plan.

BLKPhone Digi is the digital BLKPhone: it runs in your web browser on MyBLKWorldHQ, on a computer, tablet or phone. It is not the BLKPhone handset; the physical BLKPhone is a separate BBAIS product.

It's a service of its own inside BLK-AI: Communicate. The full Communicate workspace (meetings, webinars, classes, BLK-AI) stays where it is; BLKPhone Digi is the quick, phone-style way to reach the people you know.

Opening BLKPhone Digi

• Tap the BLKPhone Digi button in the MyBLKWorldHQ header, or open BLKPhone QuickCom Digi in BLK-AI: Communicate.
• On a phone it fills the screen. On a computer or tablet it appears as a BLKPhone Digi; switch between the phone and the tablet layout above it or in Settings.
• Tap Home (at the top left of any app, or the bar at the bottom) to go back to the home screen. Escape does the same on a keyboard.
• It needs a free MyBLKWorldHQ account and a plan: any BLK-AI: Communicate plan, or the BLKPhone Plan (BLKPhone only).

CallBLK: voice calls

• Favorites, Recents, Contacts and Keypad tabs.
• Tap the phone button by anyone to ring them; the call runs inside BLKPhone Digi with mute, speaker-free audio, screen sharing and hang up.
• Keypad joins any Communicate meeting by its ID.
• Incoming calls fill the screen with Answer and Decline. With Do not disturb on, calls don't ring you.

BLKFace: video calls

• Tap the camera button by anyone to start a BLKFace call.
• Turn your camera off and on, switch between front and back cameras, share your screen.
• BLKFace has its own call history and missed-call badge.

BLKMessages

• All your direct and group chats in one list, read and answered inside BLKPhone Digi.
• Someone who isn't your contact can send one message as a request; you accept or decline.
• Camera photos can be sent straight to a chat.

Contacts and groups

• Find people by name or username and add them.
• Star a contact to keep them in Favorites.
• Groups: choose two or more contacts, then ring them all (voice or BLKFace) or start a group chat. Anyone who can't be rung is listed with the reason.

Call history

• Every call, grouped by day: All or Missed.
• Tap a call for its details and your whole call history with that person, and call back, BLKFace or BLKMessage from there.
• Remove one call or clear your history. It's removed from your history only; the other person's history is theirs.

Camera

• A live camera preview to check yourself before a call.
• Switch cameras, take a photo, then send it in BLKMessages or save it.
• BLKPhone Digi asks your browser for the camera only while the Camera app or a BLKFace call is open.

Privacy and who can reach you

• You can call your contacts and teammates. Someone you don't know can't ring you; anyone you block can't reach you.
• Calls aren't recorded by BLKPhone Digi.
• Your status (Available, Busy, Do not disturb) is set in Settings.
