Android app

Android phones and tablets, Android 7.0 or newer.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open this page and tap DOWNLOAD FOR ANDROID. The file MyBLKWorldHQ-BUV.apk downloads.
2. When the download finishes, tap Open in the notification, or open your Files (or My Files) app, go to Downloads and tap the file.
3. If Android says your phone isn't allowed to install apps from this source, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then press back.
4. Tap Install. If Google Play Protect asks about the app, tap More details, then Install anyway: the app is signed by BBAIS but isn't in the Play Store yet.
5. Tap Open, or find My BLK World HQ on your home screen or in your app drawer, and sign in.

To update: download the newest version from this page and install it the same way. It installs over the old one and you stay signed in.

To remove it: press and hold the app's icon, tap App info (or the i), then Uninstall.

Windows app (Microsoft)

Windows 10 or 11 computers (64-bit), like a ThinkPad, Surface or any Windows laptop or desktop.

1. On your Windows computer, open this page and click DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS. The file MyBLKWorldHQ-Setup.exe downloads (about 80 MB).
2. Open your Downloads folder (or click the file in your browser's downloads list) and double-click the file.
3. If a blue window says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway. The app is made by BBAIS; Windows shows this for new apps it hasn't seen many times yet.
4. In the installer, choose whether to install it for just you or everyone on the computer, keep or change the folder, then click Install.
5. Click Finish. Open My BLK World HQ from the desktop shortcut or the Start menu and sign in.

To update: download the newest version from this page and run it. It replaces the old one and you stay signed in.

To remove it: open Settings, then Apps, then Installed apps, find My BLK World HQ, click the three dots, then Uninstall.

iPhone and iPad (web app)

Any iPhone or iPad. Nothing to download: it installs from the website.

1. Open Safari and go to myblkworldhq.com. (On iOS 16.4 or newer you can also use Chrome or Edge.)
2. Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up. It is at the bottom of the screen on iPhone and at the top on iPad. In Chrome or Edge it is at the top right.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, tap Edit Actions at the bottom of the list and add it.
4. Keep the name My BLK World HQ and tap Add.
5. Open My BLK World HQ from your home screen. It opens full screen like an app. Sign in once.

To get the newest app icon after we change it: press and hold the icon, tap Remove App (or Delete Bookmark), then add it again the same way.

Separate iPhone, iPad and Mac App Store apps are coming in January 2027.

Android web app (no download)

Any Android phone or tablet, if you'd rather not download the Android app.

1. Open Chrome and go to myblkworldhq.com.
2. Tap the three dots at the top right.
3. Tap Add to Home screen, then Install (on some phones the menu says Install app instead; tap that).
4. Tap Install again to confirm. My BLK World HQ appears on your home screen and in your app drawer.

Samsung Internet: tap the menu (three lines at the bottom), then Add page to, then Home screen. If an install icon shows in the address bar, you can tap that instead.

Firefox: tap the three dots, then Add app to Home screen (or Install), then Add.

Computer web app: Chrome, Edge and Mac

Windows, Mac, Chromebook or Linux, without downloading an installer.

1. Google Chrome: go to myblkworldhq.com. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar (a screen with a down arrow) and click Install. If you don't see it, click the three dots, then Cast, save, and share, then Install page as app.
2. Microsoft Edge: go to myblkworldhq.com. Click the App available icon at the right end of the address bar and click Install. If you don't see it, click the three dots, then Apps, then Install this site as an app.
3. Safari on a Mac (macOS Sonoma or newer): go to myblkworldhq.com, click File in the menu bar, then Add to Dock, then Add.
4. The app opens in its own window and gets its own icon on your desktop, Start menu, Dock or app launcher. Sign in once.

Firefox on a computer can't install web apps. Use Chrome, Edge or Safari, or the Windows app above.

To remove it: open the app, click the three dots at the top of its window, then Uninstall. On a Mac, drag it out of the Dock and delete it from the Applications folder.
